I called this mornin to get my son's bike towed to the shop in Cuyahoga falls. I called before to get a price and then set it up and paid $150.00. But then I had to cancel like 10 minutes later and asked for my money back. They said no refunds. That's just wrong. They didn't say no refunds before. I want my money back.

Team Towing towed my car on Friday 25 September . I gave the tow truck driver my keys to drop off at Automotive Electric Service on Glendale Ave. in Akron, Ohio. The driver said he never got the keys, but he did and lost them. My house keys were with my car key, so now I'm stuck without transportation, which is bad for my job. I talked to the company, but they didn't admit they lost my $300 car key with my house keys. They weren't helpful, and my keys are still lost.
I called Team Towing on 6/1/2022 for a tow and they charged me $130.00
I called Team Towing on 6/1/2022 for a tow and they charged me $130.00. But then I changed my mind and called back to cancel the tow and get my money back. The lady said they couldn't refund me because they didn't do it at that office. So I called my bank and they put the money back in my account. But then, on 6/4/2022, I saw that Team Towing charged me again! I called them again and they said the same thing. I asked to talk to someone who could give me my money back, but the guy was not helpful. Don't use this company for a tow! They're very unprofessional!
