Albertos Towing

This place is the worst ever. So unprofessional! The person who answers the phones would hang up on me when I called! I tried to get my car out for 6 days and they wouldn't let me! They kept it for over a week! I don't recommend this towing company at all unless you want to get scammed! Is that how you run a business? By stealing money from people? That's sad. Karma is real, that's all I'm gonna say. They were supposed to pick up my car and take it to the dealership, but for some reason these idiots decided to put it in their storage for 7 days! I ended up paying 700 to get it out. Everyone knows this place is a scam, even the *** knows it. So many people have reported them already. Albertos towing makes other companies look bad, but in reality companies like Blaires and Veterans are legit. Not these guys though. They deserve to go out of business.

Alberto's Towing is a really unprofessional place, man. Their customer service is just not up to par, you know? I had a problem with my BMW and my insurance company picked them to tow my car to the mechanic. Can you believe they tried to tell me I had to pay? My insurance company even talked to their dispatch and driver and told them I don't owe anything, that they're covering it all. But this guy still had the nerve to try and charge me $15.44 for a payment I didn't owe! The whole bill was $70.44 and my insurance covered it all. He was trying to pull a fast one and get extra money out of me. And on top of that, he started harassing and threatening me, saying he was gonna send me to collections. Can you believe that? He even sent me text messages while I was at work, just kept on harassing me. I got the proof, though, I got those text messages. You gotta know your consumer rights, man. This Alberto guy can't just send you to collections without going through the proper process. It's against the law for someone to keep contacting you about a debt on your cell phone when you told them not to, and especially if they're harassing or threatening you. I'm thinking about suing him for this, man. I already reached out to the attorney general's office and the financial protection agency, and I'm spreading the word on all social media. We gotta put this guy out of business, you know?
