Shein.com My order of 28 items worth £264 was not delivered number number is GSO12352R00159K

I ordered 28 goods from Shein.com in April and was told it will be delivered in May. What they delivered to me was shocking - 8 items out of 28! I contacted them and got an automated chat which could not understand my query and kept asking me the same thing. The package I received was damaged and taped in brown. I sent the picture to them and they kept sending me the same message ''saying your goods have been delivered, let us know how we can help you in future''. How can small bag contain 28 items. Their automated chat is not helpful. I contacted Royal Mail with the tracking number and they confirmed it was a small bag they delivered and that the bag could not have contained all 28 items I bought. It is frustrating not being able to speak to a human who can actually resolve the issue.

Desired outcome: I want Shein to investigate and check their warehouse for the rest of my goods and deliver them to me.I want a refund urgently and immediately if they cannot find my goods.I want a human to contact me to resolve the issue
