It was 5am which is normal time for breakfast and all I ordered was an espresso and hash browns. The espresso machine was down and I was told to get regular coffee instead with flavorings which tasted like garbage and the hash browns were half frozen. I then tried to buy camel snus large pouch and the tin they tried to sell me was open already and stale.
I've been a Sheetz customer for years and never had this bad of an experience.

I received the worst possible service at the Sheetz and will never go back I ordered a simple steak quesadilla with just shredded cheese only those simple two ingredients I waited over 20 minutes and received over cooked bread with meat in the middle and one of my slices had literally no meat in it and there was no shredded cheese anywhere to be found when I went back to let them know that they had messed up they told me they hadn't even though I clearly had the receipt that tells them that they did I told them they were goofing around because I can hear them laughing and goofing off for 20 minutes of me waiting and the proof is in the food but they denied it and then continue to talk about me with their co-workers while I was in the store I will continue to put terrible reviews for this Sheetz on all social media and I will never come back here again let alone let anybody think that this is a good store this is the worst customer service I've ever witnessed to be made fun of in a public store because they messed up I will tell anybody that can listen to never go to the store and about the terrible experience that I had here

She wouldn't take my concealed gun permit as an i.d. and then continued to get an attitude with me when I told her it was government issued. I have zero problems at every other sheetz and she didn't I.d. The person before me buying cigarettes. I go to Beale ave sheetz atleast 3 times a day if not more and they have never given me an issue with it. And it was really inconvenient because I had to go across town to 13st sheetz.

Customer service was absolutely unacceptable...Kayla was called to register to help w transaction..
I paid for 1 six pack of Sprite in cans $2.19.

I Then realized they were on sale @ 2/ $3.50.
I merely wanted to purchase the additional 6 pack and have 2/$3.50.
This was a major event !
Kayla literally jerked the drinks away, did a refund for 2.19, slammed money on the counter. Told me from now on you better bring two to counter or I wouldn't get them.
The was rude, hateful and truly embarrassed me to even be standing there. I have NEVER BEEN subjected to such deplorable Customer service. I shoo at Sheetz daily..

So just bought tacos for lunch as I was passing by sheetz today. I have to say they were the worst thing that I have had. I had already left from the store before i open up the bag so I could not take them back. There was really nothing in them at all. It was all shell. Maybe a half if not less of a spoon of meat and no lettuce. The cheese was barely there. The shells were so hard and burnt that I think I would have broken my tooth off if I ate them. So they sucked. For 5.00 dollars I would expect alot better.

I placed an order at 12:15. It is now 12:51 and I'm still at the restaurant. This is an outrage. I ordered an order of chicken tenders, fish wraps, and chicken sliders. I am not satisfied. As I am writing this I am still waiting. There's six orders on the screen from what I can see. How absolutely pathetic, really. The people in the kitchen dont know what they're doing here at all.

Went into Dubois sheetz to get coffee. None was made cappuccino machine was only somewhat put together I was still able to get one. A guy had order food and we were both at register waiting and the young girl was back by the pop talking to a guy. We tried to get her attention 2 times till the guy finally had to speak up louder. She never apologized and was not very nice.

I was at the Sheetz in Mount Joy pa pumping gas when I felt gas leaking from hose at the handle. So I went inside to tell them and it seemed like they didn't care and I was birthing them. This was very unprofessional. I'm not one to complain about thing but this made me mad that they didn't care. This happened 6/202019 around 6am. They didn't even offer me anything to clean my hand and arm off. I visit this store a lot and it seems the service is getting worse

I purchased an egg salad sandwich earlier this evening from Sheetz in Galax, VA. When I got home and proceeded to eat the sandwich I ended up chewing on egg shells. I went over 35 minutes out of my way to purchase that sandwich. Not only did I swallow some shells but I was able to save some as proof. The shell actually broke my tooth. I not so much concerned with my tooth but the fact that I swallowed shell and I'm 3 months pregnant. I have the other half of the sandwich in the original packaging. I'm very disappointed and extremely disgusted as I would not expect that from such a large franchise. I would understand from home but not sheetz. I don't know how to resolve this issue but I hope you will have a resolution.

The bought a package of MTO grapes on the 15th at 5:30 a.m. amongst my other daily bought stuff for work every morning. When I opened them that day and began to eat them I saw two to three white fur on a few of the grapes. I immediately spit out what is my month already thinking to myself that these arent as good as normal. I didnt eat anymore and set them aside to take home to look closer. When I got home and had a chance to look at then closer I found it was mold. This isn't the first time I've bought fruit for my work day and have been highly disappointed. I'd say out of the 15 out of 20 times ive bought fruit it was old and uneatable. This is my crew and myselfs stop every morning to buy our food for work. Beside the sheetz kitchen crews unprofessionalism and no concept of people in a rush for work and theyd rather conversate, I have no ccomplaints. The fruit thing needs to brought to someone higher than the store because the store just wants to give you replacement fruit that's just as bad as the first. The fruit isn't cheap. If atleast expect it to be fresh.

Hello, my husband and I have frequented the Sheetz on the corner of Columbia Ave and Prospect Rd in Columbia Pa for the past 3 years and we have always had phenomenal service and great food. Recently we stopped for coffee before church and not only did our simple order of a large Americano and large Cold Brew take 15 minutes to make, it was also wrong (my large was delivered as a small which they corrected) but both drinks tasted AWFUL. We returned the following morning for breakfast because our neighborhood had no power and the return time for power could be hours. We have two small boys and they had hungry bellies, easily corrected with donuts and hashbrowns. We ordered two sausage and egg burritos for my husband, donuts, hashbrowns, and two cold brews. Once again our order seemed a mess - my husband's burritos were chunks of ham instead of sausage and our cold brews tasted like burnt coffee poured over ice cubes. We don't normally complain but two bad experiences back to back are not promising our return to your store any time soon.

Now im pregnant please keep this in mind. I ordered a chicken salad and got a chicken tuna. I've never had a problem with sheetz's at all. I love there food. But come on now people how do you get chicken mixed up with chicken tuna. I would go back up to the store i got it from, but unfortunately im at work. I cant leave. I was really looking forward to that chicken salad.

I've gone to the mechanicsburg, PA sheetz many times now but the last two times they completely ruined my order, I always order the same thing (two breakfast burritos the ones with bacon and two orders of hash browns) and lately they've been giving me sausage and no hash browns... I work in food as I'm a manager at Starbucks and was previously a manager at dunkin for 3 years so I understand when it gets busy. But come on, if you're out of the bacon ones tell me at the drive thru window.. if I'm paying almost 10$ to get my breakfast and only end up with two burritos that are sausage and NOT bacon and NO hashbrowns.. yeah I'm going to be very upset and it's not like I can turn around right away because I'm on my way to my job. I shouldn't even have to check my bag.. but the fact that I do is crazy. idk if it's due to bad staffing. But this pregnant woman is not a happy customer and makes me want to stop getting gas and food here all in general and go to speedway. Please fix this as me and my mom have been loyal customers to your company for years now.

Sheetz in claysburg took almost 20 mintues to get my food ready costing me my whole lunch break. I placed my order at 8:19 and got it at 8:34 All I got was a meatball hoagie and fries. Now I get to wait till 12:30am to eat it. This isn't the first time my food took an excessive amount of time to get to me I really need something to be done. Please and thank you

My friends and I came in early on 6-10-19 at around 1am for a late night snack and as I was waiting for my food, I was playing on my phone. The store manager approached me and got into my face, explaining that she didn't think I should be taking pictures of other customers. I had no idea what she was talking about. She continued to harass me and tell me she's been watching me on the store's cameras. I explained to her what I do on my phone is none of her business. I find it very unprofessional for her to get into my face for any reason as I am a paying customer. I've been in customer service/retail for five years, so I know how I should be treated. I will not be back to this location. I believe the location is #275 in Morgantown, West Virginia. The other manager on duty today refused to help/talk to me at all today and told me to look up the information to file a complaint myself. She justified the other manager's actions and would not speak to me about anything else. I did not get a chance to get either of their names. I think more training for both managers on customer service or possible warning/termination would be sufficient. Thank you! I ordered Boneless bites with the Dr Pepper BBQ sauce tossed and when i opened it there was barely any sauce on them half of them were with out sauce at all and I also ordered tacos and there was only about a teaspoon of meat on the shell I was very disappointed I am in that store almost every day and I never got dry chicken before June Ferguson
