I came to grab a carton of Newport wich i do every 3 days. But i was so disgusted by the treatment I received especially from Marco.

He(Marco) is the worst. So racist…. Denying me the sale 1 dollar off packs and trying to impose on me that i have to buy a carton so i loose on the discount. And i left since he refuse to sell and i quote ‘I don’t got time for you people today”.

This was February 7, 2023 at 3:10 pm

Desired outcome: Fired, demoted or at least receive more training in customer service.
