My son ordered tips drink on 02/06/2022 at 9:21am at the sheetz in willow street PA. While drinking it he found a barcode paper in his drink. I will gladly send a photo if you would like. On feb.4th @ 130am an employee named Ryan lawson got name from another customer. Was talking ugly to me about how nice my [censored] looked those are his words. And he rubbed on me outside. I'm a married woman and this isn't how one should conduct one's self on a place of employment. If this isn't handled and this worker isn't fired then I and my husband will bring lawsuit against your company. Thank you Mrs. Lilly Carter

I ordered a MTO pepperoni pizza from 701 Moye blvd, Greenville NC 27834 on 2/1/22 at about 10:15am (order# [protected]). I arrived at the store fleas than ten minutes after ordering and my pizza was cold with hardly any pepperoni on it. My Sheetz card # [protected]. I have attached my receipt.

On January 30th 2022 at 2:55 pm i order number #524 serial number #3660524. I ordered 6 hotdogs total but 4 of them I ordered with ketchup boom boom sauce and onions. They added mustard which i cant stand so nasty.

I ordered 3 burger sliderz and they had the paper still in them and it grossed me out that I didn't eat any of them, you guys need to be better

I placed an order for Mac and cheese. I hit the option for double Mac and cheese. It even said it on my ticket on the lid of my Mac and cheese. I only got one serving instead of the two that I paid for. I am very disappointed by this. I ordered food for my boyfriend and I on the way home from work. It is my birthday and was looking forward to having my Mac and cheese.

i didn't receive any of the sauces I purchased

Jan 23, 2022 I stopped at Sheetz to get something to eat. The address on the receipt is 1550 State Road, Duncannon, Pa 17020.
I ordered a Mini Hashbrown, which was 4 for $1.99. Honestly they were the worse things I ever tried to eat. Actually I could not eat them they were so bad.
I also ordered a Breakfast Croissant which Iam sure was days old and just reheated. I could not eat it. I wish I would have taken a picture. This was $2.59.
I was also charged $0.40 for a slice of Provolone which was not on sandwich.
I worked in a kitchen before and Iam sure they are just warming up things that they made days before.
Very sad for Sheetz this is going on.

Tried to place an order on the sheets app. Went thru the order process but not presented the opportunity to apply my rewards credits. The site doesn't show how to redeem rewards. I should be able to go into store and use my rewards with my card without using a confusing app or jumping thru hoops. Frankly you are driving me away. Your surveys need to give an opportunity to add comments instead of just collecting personal info.

I always order the spicy chicken with bacon. But this is the second time I've ordered it and gotten pepperoni instead of bacon. And also the 2nd time no one would help me to fix it. Just trade the pepperoni for bacon.

Last night in duncannon Pennsylvania on 1/14 I got gas and it is over charging me It says $140.00 on my credit card statement which it was not anywhere close to. Then to top it off this company has no easy contact. There needs to be an easy number to call so I don't have to sit here and type out 350 freaking characters. Please fix this problem asap
