I had ordered and paid for my food on mobile, and they had never put it on the rack. After waiting for about 40-45 minutes, watching other people walk in and order and get their food before me, I asked about my order to the person at the front counter. They had completed it and held it behind the counter. What is the point in mobile order if they’re too negligent to even put the food on the shelf where it goes? Now I have cold food and will never come to this sheetz again. Great experience overall (sarcasm)

I went into sheetz in slippery rock at 5:15am there were 2 deli people 1 cashier and a manager, both deli people were working the poor cashier had a lone of 8+ people and the manager was just talking to the deli people and then walked into the back I waited in line for a good 5 mins. As a manager in a restaurant business customers always comes first no matter what you have to do. She should of stopped talking to the deli people and jumped on a register to help the kid. But no instead she went into the back and never came back out. Just maybe let her know that customers come first!
