Shaw's Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. did a great job fixing my AC unit. They came on time and were very professional. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. The price was reasonable and I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. I would definitely recommend Shaw's Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. to anyone who needs their AC or heating unit fixed. They are the best in the business!

So, I had a guy from Shaw's Air Conditioning & Heating come out to check why my AC wasn't cooling down. They said the $220 membership would cover the diagnosis and 2 inspections, but then the guy said he had to do a leak search for an extra $330. I thought that was part of the diagnosis, so it felt like a bait and switch. He said we needed 3 parts replaced, but they were under warranty since our unit was less than 10 years old. But then he called and said we had to pay for the parts and $2-3K in labor since we weren't the original owners of the house. We were without AC for 5 days, and when I got a second opinion, the new guy showed me that the first guy didn't even touch the duct work in our attic. He also manually turned off our unit outside, which made it not work at all. The second guy topped off our coolant and added something that seems to have fixed the leak. Shaw's membership is a scam, and the tech didn't do what he said he would do. We want a refund for the leak search that wasn't even done. Don't use this company!

shaw's air conditioning and heating is a rip off. they charged me like $400 for a part that only costs $50. and then they still charged me for diagnosing the problem even though they fixed it. don't waste your money here.

So, this guy Max from Shaw's Air Conditioning & Heating came over to fix our unit today and let me tell you, he was super nice and efficient. The ladies who scheduled the appointment were also really nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend Shaw's - they're a great company with great people.

I've been using Shaw's for over 10 years and they've been great. They're always on time and friendly. They put in a new unit for us last week and were on time for all appointments. Victor was really helpful and told us all about the new unit. Angel and Juan, the guys who installed the unit, were so respectful and clean. They were also really kind to us old folks. We really enjoyed having them in our home. Thanks again, guys!
