Patrick Riley and especially James remind me that there are companies that still believe in craftsmanship and professionalism. James was challenged with an out of the box plumbing problem. He troubleshooted and provided a solution that took care of the problem and restored our hot water that day! Thanks James and Patrick Riley for prompt, effective and reasonable service. I will definitely refer all of our friends!

did an amazing job providing a step by step explanation on what he was doing while servicing my AC unit. He was very thorough on what needed to be done and the services that would be provided. He was also training as well which was great because it showed his trainee all of the process that needed to be done to ensure nothing about the paperwork was missed. The entire team is always so professional and considerate of my schedule. Punctual and very thorough. Great job guys!

Great customer service from the first phone call. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Michael came out within a couple of hours of my calling and provided a no cost estimate. We decided to have him do a full placement of our toilet and remove the old one. We were so fortunate to have found him. We have had a very bad experience trying to deal with our home warranty and he helped us resolve our problem. I would highly recommend Michael. He is an excellent representative for The Patrick Riley company.

James F came to our place yesterday to repair one of our A/C units. He did a great job and renewed my faith in Patrick Riley. He fixed my A/C problem and also fixed a couple of other problems left by previous Riley technicians. I predict that this individual will eventually be training and supervising all of the Riley Technicians. If I have any other service issues, I hope that they send James out to do the repair. He is a great guy and on his own initiative did all the extra little and big things that he saw. Very impressive.

Will went far beyond our expectations on every level. Unlike other companies, Will was timely, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and displayed highly effective communication skills. After today and what we have seen over the past two years, we have complete confidence in this company and rest assured you are in good hands when Will shows up to perform any AC service on your home. We were looking for a reliable plumbing and *** company. Decided to have Patrick Riley come and inspect both systems over the past two weeks. *** (plumbing) and ***) both did a great job in thoroughly explaining what we have, what needs attention and answering my many questions. We joined the *** program for one year to try it out. It includes two *** visits and one plumbing visit each year. The company gives reduced prices and priority attention to emergency calls for *** members. Both technicians shared important information about our systems, understanding that we can't fix everything right away. So, we did some of the *** items and will get to the rest in the next year or so. I am very pleased with the visit by both *** and *** and impressed with their service. Thank you!

I set up an order with Patrick Riley for a water heater and installation. The person that came to my home to give the estimate was friendly and personable.He Took a quick look at my old water heater and shortly after that gave me a ballpark estimate of $1800 installed. I asked what brand water heater it would be and his answer was RUUD. I signed a form agreeing to the service; I did not put any money up front. Before he left a asked for a break down of labor and material cost he said he could not give me that information. Two days later I decided to call the office to see if I could get the information and got the same response; the person on the other end of the line would not give me the cost of the water heater any additional parts that *** be needed and labor cost; he said he could not do it. I told him this is not a proper way of doing business. I should be able to know what I am paying for upfront before the service is done. I canceled the order.Thats actually minus one star.

I used this Business to come out to do a Diagnostic on my *** Unit since it was having hard time staying Cool in my Resident. The Person they sent out basically told me that My Motor was not Working and the Capacitor was bad, He gave me an estimate of around $1,200 to replace both even though they are under Warranty. I declined his offer. I called a different *** Company and they came out and after they inspected the *** Unit they told me that the Motor and Capacitor were working good but that the Blower had been unplugged. Which basically means that Patrick Riley Service Guy unplugged the Blower in hopes I would fall for His Scam and lying ways and buy new Motor and Capacitor. He also tried to convince me that the Unit was very dirty on the inside and needed to be cleaned for around $1,000. Once the Second *** Company plugged back in the Blower My *** is Working like brand new. I asked the Other *** Company if the Ac Unit needed cleaning and he said no that it is fine. It's sad that certain Business's will lie in order to make Money.

They came to check A/C, not working well in hottest daytime. They came and the technician, ***, pro ceded to tell us our coil was so rusted and out freon was leaking. He then told us he called Lennox and the coil is not in stock and wont be in for 4-6 weeks. He proceeded to give us an estimate to replace coil and fill freon would be $2,500, and our unit is only 7 yrs old so coil is free thats for labor & freon. So because the coil was not in he tried to sell us a new unit for $10,000! The next day we had out warranty company send another company out, and guess what, nothing was wrong except we needed a new filter! It cost us $5 and nothing else was wrong! I asked that technician if the coil was bad or if we needed freon, guess what he said no! It is working great now just by changing filter. I also asked him how much for a new unit and he told me $6,000! I live with my 80yr old mother, if it wasnt for me my mother wouldve bought a new unit! How dare they try to take advantage of women and elderly!

I got a 5 year maintenance for my AC and heating on 12-15-2018. Sales invoice: 63291. They say I don't have any maintenance visits left, even though it was for 5 years. I think this company is scamming people into thinking they have a 5 year plan. I have all the papers to prove they're scamming me. Check out 3rd thing on attachment.
