Ordered the charging station. It didn't work, so I called customer service to let them know that I will return the item and am requesting a refund. Customer service rep kept talking about a credit. I told her I said a refund not a credit. I received a package return shipment slip stating credit. I called again, spoke to the same rep and was told not to use the label nor the package slip, she will send another one. Please beware.
Desired outcome: Please refund. I would appreciate a response.
