Really bad service, starting with manager of the branch that according to me don't know what she's doing. but the worst the the call center I called to raise a complaint related to the product I buy from Shafe DG but the complaint not regesterd in the system than I raise a new complaint until now, I am surre that if i call again me first and second complaint will not be regesterd. What i bad serice, not did only but there is issue in my new Macbook Air charger.
This the first happen to me that i deall with Shafe DG and every thing really bad.
