They r selling their product with insurance particularly in phones. But the time u requested for repair or do their services, u still need to pay and waited for almost a month. I bought Motorola and i paid insurance as i got accident the LCD was broken and need to change. I was thinking since there is insurance it's good to be true that I will save and service might be faster, but the thing is I still have to pay and need to wait for almost a month. Their service is very slow and expensive. It feels like I was legitimately scammed by stablished company like them. Even 1 star still not deserve for their services.

Recommendation: Don't take insurance from them.
