Will never purchase from this company again. I just had the most horrible customer service experience ever. I purchased a strimmer 6 weeks ago and it has broken down. I was asked to send a video in via email. I sent the video in but got no response so I called and spoke with a lady from customer service who claimed to be the customer service supervisor. She was rude and very unprofessional as she insisited that I could not get my warrenty because I was using the strimmer for business purposes.. I tried to confirm that I wasn't but she said because my email was called green thumb secrets. Which by the way is a google personal email amd not a business.. She insisted that the tool I purchased was used for business, and that I will not be able to have my warranty granted.. I asked to speak to a manager and told her she was unprofessional right before she hung the phone in my ear..

So now I have just payed over £104.00 for a tool that's broken down in 6 weeks from purchase date and can not get it replaced or my money back and have been abused on the phone via customer service from the customer service supervisor..

My next step is to make a report of this to cusmumer affairs.. It's unbelievable that a company can be so unprofessional

I will never shop from them again, nor recommend
