I ordered some chain binders from Mytee in August . Unfortunately, they didn't have the items in stock and gave me my money back. However, over a year later, I got a letter from them saying that I had defrauded them because they accidentally sent me the binders after the refund. They even threatened to take legal action against me for trying to cheat them. I don't know if they actually sent the binders or not because they didn't provide any proof, but I can say for sure that I never got anything from Mytee.

I recently bought some tow dolly straps from Mytee Products. Their ad said it was a 2 pack for $29.99, but when I got the confirmation email from Walmart, it said it was only one strap. I went back to the Walmart website and saw that the ad said 2 pack, but when I added it to my cart, it said one. I called the company and emailed customer service, but it took 2 hours for someone to respond. Natasha finally emailed me back and said that I only ordered one. I told her that their catalog said it was $19.99 for one, so if that wasn't true, they should cancel my order. But they still sent it and it arrived on June 5-9. I don't understand why they would charge $29.99 for two if one is only $19.99. Is this a bait and switch or did their marketing people mess up?
