Ordered parts twice for my *** Front Load washer. They had the best prices I could find and shipped fast. The parts seem to be genuine OEM. Highly recommended. Just make sure you order the right parts. Tub spider elsewhere was over $200. Only $159 at Parts Town.

I was amazed when the package arrived the very next day, especially since I placed the order early in the morning. The best part is that the price of the part I needed was lower compared to other places, and it fit perfectly. I ordered two interlocking switches for my microwave and now I can happily say that I'm back to microwaving things! Haha

I bought a part for my washing machine, and it came in good condition. However, it turned out to be the wrong part for my dishwasher. I requested a refund, and they agreed to give me one if I sent it back. I followed their instructions and returned it. But when they received it, they refused to refund me because the part wasn't brand new anymore. Unfortunately, they deceived me about the refund, and now I'm $150 poorer. I strongly advise against using this company.

Lately, I've even had parts sent to the wrong address. It's frustrating because if they were more on top of things, this wouldn't happen. I personally prefer other places for parts. Right now, I'm trying to cancel an order I placed just 20 minutes ago, but there's no option for that. Now I'll have to wait for it to arrive and then send it back, wasting money on shipping that could've been saved.

I needed a tube of grease urgently. I called customer service and they told me to visit their website and select "Next Day Air - Saturday Delivery". I followed their instructions and paid $108.95 for shipping an $11.90 item. The receipt assured me that it would arrive by 12:00 Noon on the following Saturday. Our employees were eagerly waiting for this product to kickstart a production run, and they were at my facility that Saturday. However, to my dismay, the product still hadn't arrived by Monday morning. I called *** and discovered that the product was STILL at their facility, not even shipped yet. I tried to cancel the order, but they informed me that it was already in the process of being shipped, so cancellation was not possible. I suppose this company might be satisfactory if you have ample time to wait for your shipment, but don't rely on their promises of "overnight," "next day," or "immediate service."
