SF Express - smart lawrence robot

On 12-5-19 I ordered the Smart Lawrence for $60.00 from a company online "Lonely Life" and just got the package today 1-9-2020. It did not have what I ordered, but a Robot Warrior that sells at Amazon for $25.00. I told them I am reporting them to the federal government and to please send what I ordered.. Any suggestions from any readers please let me know.

I bet this company in New York is a scam and not located at the above address.

I ALSO bought a Lawrence the Robot toy for my granddaughter and DID NOT receive the item I THOUGHT I was getting. Extremely dissapointed!
