We gave them a shipment to move from China to Dubai, it was a 20' container. We proceeded only after checking their website and after a month long chat with the team.
However, we were cheated by them, and this was purely intentional. As per the process in shipping and freight forwarding, once the booking is done and the container has been loaded, the Draft B/L should be sent to the agent who has made this booking, so that he can confirm the details and approve for the same. But they did not send us the original draft B/L, and when the shipment arrived in Dubai, the documents were not the same as they sent to us earlier for approval. Due to this their partner agents in Dubai also charged us extra money. this has never happened with us by our other agents. This is clearly fraud! Upon asking them to refund our money as this was not agreed, they ask us for more shipments and they would refund from that! needless to say, these Chinese agents are totally fraud and untrustworthy.
