SewingPatterns.com review: international express post

I ordered international express post to Australia. Payed $20 AU. It took 8 weeks to arrive. I emailed them before I had received the product and demanded a refund of the difference of international express post and regular post. I received an immediate email saying my email will be directed to the I heard nothing back. The receipt retrieval page has been permanently/conveniently removed so you don't have access to your previous orders. Order Number: 536402 Date Ordered: Nov 20, 2015.
