I have repeatedly asked the General Manager at a certain location to send me my documents for completion.
I have asked the General Manager multiple times to send me the necessary documents to finalize my permit. Over a month ago, I was promised they would be sent, but I've received nothing. The second unit was installed on 7/21, and I need the cost breakdown for this unit, which differs from the first one priced at $15,329. I require this information to contact the city and complete the permit process that Service Champions should have initiated.

We had Service Champions come out to replace a bad fan on our central A/C unit. The work was done fine. But the next day the air was not blowing cold. We called them back out. The Tech noted that the unite was around ten years old. Then told us it was not worth fixing because of the age. Parts and labor would not make sense. Then they told us it would coast about 15K-17K to replace with a new one. We" settled for a mini split unite" for 7K. That's all we could afford. After talking to people more that know more about central air than I. We called in a favor ( friend of a friend) that has been in H.A.V.C. for 15 or so years. He came out and asked us what they had done. Then tested the Freon presser. Said it was low and more that likely the problem. He tested for leaks and added the right amount of Freon. The unite has been working fine for over a month. I contacted them about this and they said they would get back to me in 5 days. Its been two weeks. Still nothing.
