I ordered a door for a ski resort in Colorado with a need to control access to certain areas the door sent by Jessie fit perfectly and took minimal effort to hang on the pre existing frame hinges and everything lined up exactly and the finish on the door matched like it was original. Will definitely keep them on the list of contacts for door's and hardware.

I was able to order on line quickly. It was great to build my custom door order online in minutes too. Their sales people and customer service were easily available over the phone. They shipped to California in 2 weeks and the material is good quality. I plan to use them again

I Ordered all of the doors for a church I was building through CDF. These people wen tout of there way to help me and take care of my order from the first phone call. I had miss ordered some door locks and other things and they were very fast to help me get back on track. i would highly recommend this company.

Our experience with CDF Distributors, LLc was very positive. We can now quickly price out fire doors for our projects with ease and even order special sizes, choose what ever rating you need and more. The doors also get delivered right to the job site. CDF Distributors have made my project estimating and purchasing process simpler.

Ordering was easy, delivery within promised days, and the door+ frame were as ordered . Installation was done without any major alterations. Only problem was the anchors for the frame were a little long for our structure. It was easily solved with replacing them with shorter anchors. I will be replacing other doors with CDF products.

We ordered a door from CDF Distributors, that they claimed was already in their inventory and could ship with three days, ensuring that it would not have to be manufactured to order, CDF assured us the door would leave their warehouse by the end of September, This was not true, the door did not leave their warehouse until October 12th, we didn't receive it until October 15th. .

Doors were exactly as requested. The on-line door configuration system took some time to learn but mostly because of my lack of experience with door vocabulary-much more involved than I thought but the system guided me through the process. Feedback was quick from email inquiries for both sales and support to be absolutely certain the door was the right door. Will definitely use them again.

Great company to get commercial doors from! Slight misrepresentation on the website for the ship out date. I made sure the doors I ordered were the quick ship doors but then got an email stating the ship date was a few weeks out. I contacted the company and they were able to help me somewhat but still had to wait a few weeks. Overall a great company to work with and the doors are a great value for a commercial door.

My experience with CDF was very satisfying. They have a program that made it very easy for me to select all doors, frames and hardware in a clear and easy way. They then provided me with a quote very quickly and their prices compared to other local suppliers was cheaper yet the quality of the products was equal to or better than what I priced locally. I will definitely be going through CDF for my future door and hardware needs.

I have ordered several steel doors from CDF and have had very good experiences. They are very thorough in the ordering process, which is extremely important to getting the right product. They are very quick to follow up and make sure that the quote and order are moving forward. I am a general contractor and do not always deal with doors, so it has been important to have a company like CDF to work with that helps me get it right when I do. I will continue to order my doors through CDF.

I'm a first time customer and will be a repeat customer! This is a great Company to work with. Their website is super easy and convenient. It walks you through all the options step by step from the type & size of door to all the required hardware and essentials. I also like the fact that you can get an immediate quote. If you have questions, their customer service is top notch. Shipping times are fast and their products are very high quality. I think the price came in about half of what some of the other quotes were. I HIGHLY RECOMEND!

I have used these people for the past couple years now and have not had any issues other than one that clearly wasn't their fault, the shipping company damaged a door with CLEARLY a forklift. I called back to them and they went through the quick claims process and my new door was sent quickly. As most people realize when a mistake is made it's how quickly it's resolved to get the customer's affairs back in order in a rapid fashion so their customer down the line isn't affected, these guys are on top of stuff like that. Outside of that, their doors and frames are excellent quality, hardware is excellent quality, and turn around time is really quick. The most umportant thing of all that keeps me coming back is that when you dont want to go through their 'automated' online door selections which is pretty cool and user friendly for someone like myself that isn't real computer savvy and have numerous doors to order, just pick up the phone and speak to a human being that is calm, respectful, understanding, and walks you through everything and is very thourough to make sure all moving parts are included. Prices are comparable or better than local people in my area va beach/norfolk, va without the attitude and long wait times. I primarily build light commercial and restaurants and my work is time sensitive, it takes a long time to build a [reliable] vendors list and it's not easy for a vendor to stay on my very strict list. These people have been on it for a while now and I intend on leaving them there, excellent company and I thank them for making me look good. This may be the 8th or 9th review I think I've ever written but when credit is deserved as much as they deserve it I have no issues taking time out of an extremely busy schedule to do so.
