Ordered two mahogany doors with etched glass. Excellent price. Shipped from California and arrived promptly, well crated and in good condition. Very nice craftsmanship and quality.

I had quotes for doors that were four times the cost of these doors. I was expecting less quality but found that they were better than I could have purchased at a big box store. The doors are in and fit nicely. I am no carpenter but I am sure proud of how these turned out.

I ordered and received an unfinished slab mahogany door which turned out beautifully. My contractor planed for the hinges and did the "knockout" for the deadbolt and handleset. I stained and sealed it and everyone who comes to my house comments about how awesome the front door looks.

Fantastic company and great service. There was a hiccup upon receiving the product. One of the doors was slightly damaged and the claim department offered a replacement promptly. All I had to do was to note the damage on the delivery reciept. The replacement arrived earlier than expected and I am so happy with how thing went.

Doors came beautifully and just a little delayed. They did not make to order, we paid for our double doors each be bored, only one was, but the biggest issue is that that we purchased a prehung door and it's frame and the frame is 1" wider than the doors. Subsequently there is a large gap in the center between the doors and we can see sunlight through it. We emailed them a claim form almost 1 month ago and have received no response. We emailed them again and received no response. And when you call, there is no way to get to a representative. Ever option you select instructs you to email them, but they don't respond to their emails! You better hope that what you order is perfect because they won't be there for you if it's not.

Communication is terrible, promises aren't kept. Delivered product was defective and their only solution was for me to return it, delaying my project even more. The door took 12 weeks instead of the promised 6 and I had to continuously contact them or updates. Finally installed the the door and I noticed it was hinge sprung. The door was hung by them in such a way that it was literally hitting the door stop, which made it spring open automatically. This also caused the paint on the door (which I paid extra for them to paint) to chip where the door was hitting the door stop. I was able to fix this by filling the hinge holes with dowels and moving the hinges back 1/8 of an inch (basically the door was too think for the jamb they used and they obviously didn't test it before they sent it to me). Since I was able to fix the door, it works perfect. I emailed them asking for a partial refund since I it delayed my entire project. They reviewed my complaint but wouldn't even acknowledge my concerns. They told me only option was to return the door, which doesn't help me at all. Wouldn't do business with them again, I recommend you find another supplier.

Consumer beware when purchasing and speaking with anyone who works for this company. They are all liars who just want to take your money and not provide customer service. We have been waiting for our door order for over 2 1/2 months and we still haven't received our order. With each person my husband or myself have spoken to they have all lied by telling us that the product will ship in a day or two of speaking with them but every time no tracking info was sent and our order never ships. I have to call and stay on hold for over 40 mins each time to get the run around and be lied to and be told another lie. I have never ever dealt with a more illegitimate company and incompetent sales team. If you want to be met with lies on a weekly basis choose this company but if you want a company with customer service skills and competence don't waste your time with this place. If I could give a 0 star or negative number rating I would. Especially the guy I spoke with today Conner was his name. Beware when speaking to him you will be met with lies and nothing else. Sad to think someone like him would be working with customers and not even know how to deal with basic customer service skills.

This company needs to get its act together. I placed an order over a month ago. Received a call one week after placing the order from a guy who was nice. He said that one of the doors I ordered did not come with the parameters I ordered. He said I could get one that was not primed with the necessary measurements. I told him that was fine. From my conversation with him I assumed that everything was fine and that I had at least a couple more weeks to wait. After two more weeks of waiting, since I hadn't heard anything more from them, I called and had to leave a message because I couldn't get anyone to answer after calling several times. No return call. Two more weeks later, I called again and got a man with a foreign accent who told me that they sent an email to me (which I never received) and that since I didn't respond to that email they canceled the order! Never any other contact from them! They clearly had my contact information, and there are ways to determine if someone received an email, but no effort to follow through. No real apology either when he told me it was canceled. Now we have waited for 4 weeks for doors we really needed and no effort to help from this company despite, in my opinion, this was their fault. This can be a problem for people, people need to know that their customer service is really poor. This has left us in a bad position!

We had a custom door built ($4,000+) and delivered in November. Two days later, the door was installed and stained. In late winter/early Spring, some of the inside trim started popping off the door. My wife submitted a claim and at the end of the process, received a refund check for $200. A few weeks later, the bottom inside panel of the door began to pop out. Again, my wife submitted a claim as this was a much larger issue at this point. After talking with contractors and trim carpenters (and receiving a few quotes), we were quoted $350 to complete the entire repair (warped panel).
US Door & More outsources their claims department (it seems that way, but haven't confirmed!). The original solution proposed by the claims department was to ship back the door. First, I don't have the original packaging. Second, we should go without a front door for how many months while you fix the panel? After some back and forth, the claims department rescinded a $150 offer for the warped panel. Now, they claimed that we didn't get the trim work done fast enough which MAY have caused the warped panel. Are they aware that it's nearly impossible to schedule a trim carpenter for any small job during these crazy building times? Additionally, the two issues happened within a few weeks of each other.
Unbelieve that the company wouldn't stand behind their $4,000+ custom door. Instead, we were left with only a $200 check to cover the $350 quoted repair. You'd think, at the very least, the company would offer to cover the full cost of the repair. The process has been a pain. We owned the door for less than 5 months before we started seeing deterioration. If you've read this all and are considering other front doors or custom doors, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Take a chance on someone else. As you could guess, we are extremely dissatisfied and shocked with the response from the Door & More claim department.
