We had a hardship and we got help from a third party to help with our payments for May, June and July. It was discussed with a customer service rep we were doing this they said they would put it in the file to divide it up for those MTHS. Well you received a check on 4/13/2019 for $2313.00 to cover the MTHS as we were starting a modification. We made all payments and were approved. Well now your calling us and telling us we are late on our July payment, well you have the $ already but did not divide it up. And every time we call to divide it no ones knows anything we get hung up on and we're sick and tired of being treated badly. We want this situation taken care of now!!! Every time we call we have to talk to someone different every time it's pitiful how you run things there. I just seen all the complaints your company is receiving. I think u need to tighten ship and get priorities on track. I will file a complaint to BBB if need be to get this taken care of. Nobody calls us back or anything... but they want there $ of course!!
