Anthony Hughes Supervisor Has been stealing company time and abusing his position to conduct sexual harassment while flying under the radar because anyone who has gone to corporate ended up one way or another fired. so it became not safe to report. if you check records Anthony has been leaving flyover on the strip office around his record on the time clock he is clocking out anywhere from 11 to 1am. He has been doing this for over 6 months with the assistance of his friend another supervisor Scales. Yes other employees are aware but speaking out is not wise as they will find a way to get you fired. He is also known for having female worker provide sexual favors and once they where no longer quietly comfortable they would find reasons to be discharged or moved.

I was tackled to the ground over a verbal dispute with a really big male security officer. I am female 5'1 and did nothing illegal or aggressive to warrant a man tackling me to the ground because he did not like what I was saying. I now have injuries the require medical treatment. This occurred at my local Walmart in North Highlands Ca on 03/06/2024

hello my name is Donnie yarn tenant at the Clifford apartment unit 202. I've filed a claim against the property and as part of my complaint i am now receiving 100% retaliation and part of the retaliation involves your after hours security gaurds who the property managers have successfully let your after hours security the need to retaliate on me disturb and stalk my unit is their duty and every single night through 6:00 am on out your security is successful causing every single disturbance they can come up with to bother and disturb me in my unit after hours and i have to admit your security defiantly goes against my fair housing, and im pairing to file a major claim against your business regarding this, this security guard is mad because because i reported him to corporate and he has recieved warning now he takes it upon himself to wait until im good and sleep. and at 2, 3, 4 , 5, through 6 hes stomping pacing and causimg all sort of disturbances, he has also threated me with violence by showning me and serveral other tenants a loaded gun on 2/14/24 i fear for my saftey now and dramatize by his actions ,I've called and reported him to your agency and no one is taking any actions to address this ongoing isdsue, please immediatly has complaint will escalate

I have worked for Securitas for a little over 4 years and in that time, I have never had a fifteen-minute break or a lunch break that was uninterrupted. Any review of my record with Securitas will show that I was one of their most reliable employees. I was getting paid breaks as I was the only officer on duty at the guard house and there was no supervisor for a little over three years. I was assigned at American Signature Warehouse in LaPorte, IN. I am a smoker so I would step out of the guard house and go out by our little butt can and smoke a cigarette. If a truck came in, I put my cigarette down and took care of the truck. Two months ago, I transferred to Hitachi Sullair in Michigan City, IN. I was assigned to day shift and worked with the Site Supervisor, Dan Thompson. All of the shifts had two officers assigned to them. I was still getting paid for all breaks. Since there were two guards on duty, I would let Dan know I was going to take a quick cigarette break which takes between 2-5 min. I couldn't smoke on property so I would walk off property like the Sullair employees did and smoke my cigarette and then return to the guard house. Dan would watch the guard house. On Thursday 02/15/2024, A.O. the District Manager and Kevin (Field Manager, I believe) came to The Sullair site around 1230. They went in and met with B.G. and then came back to the guard house. A.O stated B.G. had complaints about me smoking and told me I couldn't go smoke anymore. I told him then I was allowed to go take a smoke break. It was a break of about 2-5 min. and I would come back. They spoke with both me and Supervisor Dan and then decided to sit down and spend the rest of the day in the guard house with us, which created a problem because they were in our way. They both sat down and were doing their office work. They would periodically look up and comment, "You need to take care of that." One of the things they told us was that from now on when a truck or a vehicle came in one of us would be outside of the guard house dealing with the vehicle and the other guard would be on the computer reading what the computer was showing, especially if the vehicle had an employee or ex-employee in it. Dan and I were doing our job and when 2nd. shift was coming in Kevin got up and was explaining the new procedure for incoming vehicles. He looked at me and again said that I couldn't smoke while at Sullair. I told him He couldn't enforce that. If I was taking a smoke break for 5 minutes I was allowed as it was a smoke break since I have to work through my breaks. He commented, "if you want to smoke do it while you're making your rounds." I responded, "I can't do that. There is no smoking on property. Again, that's why I have to step off property like the other employee's. He then said, "You cannot take a smoke break because you can't leave the guard house. One of you has to be outside the guardhouse dealing with the vehicles and the other officer has to be looking at the computer all the time." I responded, so what you're saying is we can't even stop to use the bathroom. You can't do that." He said," We pay you for your breaks." I replied, " Yes you do, but just because you pay us for our breaks doesn't mean we don't get to take them. You pay us for the breaks because we usually have to work through them, so when we can take a few minutes for a quick break we can." Kevin talked down to us the entire time and finally looked at me and stated, "You have to do what I tell you to do. I'm your manager (don't know if it was Field Manager or what but he was under A.O. the district manager). He was acting like he was over A.O., who was standing there not saying anything but looking down and rubbing his head." You will do what I tell you to do." I looked at my supervisor Dan, and reached for my I.D. I looked back at Kevin. He looked at me and said, "Go ahead, if you want to quit right now, I'll officially take your resignation right here and right now." I again told him, "You can't not give us a break. That's illegal." I then reached down and took off my I.D. and laid it down and gathered my belongings and left. I have 2 witnesses to all of this and what was said and how both A.O. and Kevin behaved and spoke. It was inappropriate for Kevin to arbitrarily change the terms of employment mid-shift which denied Securitas employees privileges that Sullair gave their own employees.

Good early Sunday morning, I recently left securities during my PTO week and started a new job due to the company stealing hours of the paycheck. Before that, a guard tried to get me into trouble by humiliating me in front of other workers so I can yell at him while the operation manger was there although he did not hear me, so the operation manager wrote me up and put me as being a black aggressive women, coming from a Dominican operation manger-racist! And I saw him tell the Chinese guard(guy) that he was sorry for what happen although he started it and was previous harassing me before and I told the supervisor but they didn’t care because I was a female! Black woman at that! So I decided to not give them a 2 weeks notice because they don’t deserve it! I just put in my PTO and never came back! Before then when I was there the operation manager Luis Gonzalez who wrote me up and lied on the write up to be specific, he told me over the phone that the company was being greedy and don’t want to pay the extra over time to no one after they used my twice each week doing a double. Now, a new guard claimed she was missing 8 hours off her paycheck, the supervisor claimed he only got 30 or 32 hours payed instead of the actual 40 hours- remind you- he is the supervisor, and now I didn’t get the second over time money like I did on the other check, and I’m afraid on this last check I will not see my PTO pay week including the thanksgiving holiday pay! I want to make a claims report to the lawyer please! I’ve had enough! I have my bank statements as my proof of where my direct deposit comes to and I screen shot my PTO paper that I filed out for the days that I wasn’t in as proof.

As I have complain before they the clerk kim and omah or big eddie and slmliar age eddies. They harass us all the time using the stolen postage packages to duplicate and transfer their own gun. They as I complain before they want wnat two house into one duplicate our own keys and during October 26,2010 and for the reason their rental staus expire on the March 13, 2017. It is a really bad idea upon a old neighbor before them to do that tile cutting and theft among neighbor complain too about sinking and bombing our home., Even kill their worker force them to do hard garding or home remodeling than double cross take their possesion and misuse all their worker or drug dealer or residence have been fool of Scolio ghost lord theory. the restaurant theory. Today, 13 October, between 08:50 and 09:10 CET I went through the last security check line at the Frankfurt airport Terminal 2, line 11 (my boarding gate was D26 to Amsterdam).

I fly on a regular basis 1-2 times a week and go through regular security checks and am completely used to these checks and completely respect the necessity of them to ensure our safety.

During this security check I was touched by a women on my chest, specifically my breasts, like I have never been touched before. I also believe (but can not 100% remember) that she was not wearing gloves like they normally do. I explained to the women that the way in which she was touching me was like I had never been checked before and made me very uncomfortable, but she rudely said she was doing her job and could get the Bundespolizei if I didn’t like it. I came out of the security check actually shaking and feeling as if I had just been molested. Again, to clarify, I get checked normal every week when I fly and have never experienced anything like the way in which she was grabbing and massaging the sides of my breast.

I stopped by the Securitas box after the event on my “way out” and explained the situation to a man who said he would speak to her. I am making this complaint because I truly believe the women was not doing her job properly and the way in which she was touching me was extremely inappropriate and crossed the lines of a security check. She also did not respect my discomfort and instead was extremely rude.

Hej, I got a fine (OCR [protected]) in PVD building at VCC in Torslanda. In the ticket you claimed that I was parking on a electric parking space without charging. It's partially true but when I arrived there the chargers were not working, you can see it in the picture enclosed. So in this case the parking the space becomes a regular one and I don't understand how should I be fined for something that was not working.

There are certain individuals among the staff at this location who exhibit rudeness and disrespect. Specifically, when I approached the check-in window to deliver my load, I encountered Madison Kriner from Securitas security company, who serves as a guard responsible for checking in drivers. Madison's demeanor was extremely unpleasant, and she displayed a clear dislike for her job. It would be beneficial for the company to assign someone to that particular window who possesses strong customer service skills and can engage with drivers using courteous greetings and farewells. It appears that Madison would benefit from additional training, although it may be challenging to teach someone with an entrenched attitude. On a positive note, I had the opportunity to interact with the gentleman who works alongside Madison, characterized by his tall stature and beard, and he provided an excellent conversational experience. Furthermore, I encountered Andy in the yard, and he proved to be an exceptional individual. ;(Pepsi Employee not Securitas employee.) My suggestion to the management is to address the issue with Madison promptly in order to prevent the negative influence from spreading throughout the team.

I am currently an employee with Securitas Atlanta sites, (Campbellton Rd and Buffington.) In recent weeks I have had numerous issues with supervisors and their lack of communication. I was asked to sign a write up for leaving work 30 minutes early after receiving the ok from my IMMEDIATE supervisor Ms. Williams, Ms. Williams did not do her part in communicating with the on coming supervisor of the matter and as a result they wrote me up, Initially I refused to sign but was told that would only make matters worse so in turn I agreed to sign, You can look at my payroll or clock times to see what kind of employee I am, I have worked several days in a row 16 hours at times. travelling 30 minutes from home to a site only to be asked to go to a different site that was 10 minutes from my home. Today I was put in a van with NO AIR in 96 degree weather. I asked my supervisor for another vehicle and she laughed and even said she wouldn't be sitting in no hot van. I asked the site manager the same and still remained in the hot vehicle for 3 more hours. Another supv came by and said, "well I am sorry you're not made for the heat and walked away". I have asked to be relocated to a different site and feel as if this is retaliation for other issues! There is no way the company would allow ANY worker to be treated this way. Even more surprising a good worker that steps in to help cover situations that other employees are not able to.

They are disgusting, they would not phone police for me knowing my absuive ex had my keys and phone (phone is still gone) they told me i must calm down (after being hit) and having no way of leaving complex. They believed him or didnt care. Even after watching him smack my arms through gate. Nobody from 2 vans would call for help .the complex security covers for him/them

Dear sirs - during the second week of November I have requested cancellation of my alarm installation 4189254 by sending all the necessary forms that I was instructed to provide (handwritten signed letter, my NIE, my ID). No action was taken by Securitas and therefore in December after several calls, the customer line told me to once again complete all the same documentation which I did a second time.

I have spoken hours and hours to various people on the customer line during the last two months receiving different information, promises for action to be taken, and attempts to get rid of me anyway that they could, but no action has been taken to stop the alarm and now in January I have been billed for yet another month even though I have requested cancellation with required documentation since early November 2022. This is not correct.

I'm a truck owner, hauled a load to Dollar General distribution center in Marion Indiana , appointment was for 4 pm , I got there at 4:16 ( still within the 30 minutes window ), there were only 2 trucks ahead of me , once they checked them in and was my turn , it was already 4:35 , so the security agent Keith refused to check me in, and I told him nicely I was here and you saw me and he said yes I know but there's nothing I can do , you are 5 minutes past the time window. To check in only two trucks it took him with 2 more of his coworkers 19 minutes. That's very very slow. Also 5 minutes should never be a reason to send back a semi truck, this occurred on the Tuesday, and I'm still stuck with the load cause it takes long to reschedule. Unfortunately because of your employee I ended up in this mess, loosing time and money . 4 days without work because your employee made a big deal of 5 minutes .

My son who is 19 was wrongfully fired for nothing. He was driving the company vehicle and it caught 2 flat tires on a tour he was doing. The manager said he did it on purpose. Then he put one of the work phones on the charger before he left work she then claimed the other officer couldn’t find the phone and then she texted him and basically called him a thief and said he stole the phone and would have to pay for it ..mind you the phone is an android phone and can only used for work .. he has an iPhone and his own car .. her name is Sherrie and she is the worst supervisor or manager I’ve ever seen ! She needs to be terminated asap!

i left the company in july 2022 and i have still not had my p45, its now been 116 days since i left. i have been paying emergency tax in my new job since i left, what a disgraceful company, the HR DEPT are an absolute joke.

you cannot speak to the wages dept and whenever you try to speak to the admin dept you get cut off or the answer phone is full. what utter rubbish.

At 11:58 on 9/1/2022 I arrived to work and was pulled aside by another employee that I was relieving he stated another employee has gone through my last month's DARs and wanted him to tell me i have to do 2 tours a shift i am not the only one who sometime only do 1 tour on shift anyway I was told I have too I explained when I was hired I was coming of cancer surgery and would be limited in manual work .When i was hired I was told no problem not much to do there anyway. Well, there is 66 checkpoints and 4 floors for a tour I tried it was difficult to do 1 tour and sometimes made 2 tours well now I have no choice I have to do 2 tours which they know I can do consistently I feel I was being singled out and harassed into resigning. They are discriminating against a disabled person i just can't believe that is your policy. I contacted manager and he seems to side with them. It's the holiday weekend i plan on Contacting the labor board. I just wanted to let you what one of your Securitas hubs is doing shameful.

On June 20, 2022 at approximately 8:45 in the morning, one of your off-duty employees By the name of Miranda L Ruiz was at Sunrise Farms horse boarding facility and made a purposeful attempt at using her horses as a weapon to try to run me over. The only reason that I arrived at the conclusion that she is one of your employees is the simple fact that at 8 o’clock this evening on June 20, 2022 I noticed that she was wearing a gray Securitas military uniform style shirt common placed with your company. She also pulled this little stuff this morning in front of a witness and in front of a barn security camera.

I will also have your company know that Miranda has a pattern and a history of being dishonest and lying about her dealings with people and her dealings with the community at large. Case in point she and I have had a falling out in terms of our friendship because she cannot control her anger outbursts she will attack me on social media devalue me and put me down after she gets called out for something that she has either done to me or done behind my back. She has done things like put my horses saddle bridle and other equipment out in the rain, she has stolen equipment from me and has defrauded another border out of almost $300 in fees that were supposed to be refunded after that individual no longer wanted to do any more lessons with her given her behavior. Miss Ruiz is a poor reflection upon your company is a poor reflection upon what that company represents and I am appalled at the substandard misconduct and behavior of somebody that you have trusted with the reputation of your company whether or not they are on duty or not. I think the management of securitas on Guam needs to be changed due to unfairness and favoritism. I got messaged to work a schedule only to find out I'm still not on schedule. Communication with management I would say is rude and unfair. Either the company needs to change management that doesn't favorite certain workers especially family members and treats their guard equal.

Call 5/21 5:47 am for help with alarm sys. Put by-pass on Fri. Night, could not clear panel back to normal. Called six times, heard their greeting message six times, then whenever I click Ext. no one answered, phone would ring 6 or 7 times, then I would call again, hit another Extension same thing. Finally 6th time hit Ext.#1, which is business or law enforcement. Finally after many rings woman answered. Told me could not help, but would transfer me to who could ,phone rang again many times, finally man answered said could not help transferred me to another ext, phone rang again many times, man said could not help ,transferred me again. Same thing rang forever man came on said could not help, I asked for supervisor, said no one there but him. He said could not get in my panel, I asked what should I do if I opened door and alarm goes off, because would not take the code. His brilliant answer “I don’t know”. Call Monday morning put in service report! I have been paying $105.00 every 3 mos. For this help “I don’t know”. They bought my original Alarm company FE Moran which was fantastic last April. I have paid this $105.00 five times now and do not really know what I was paying for. Supposed to be Monitoring 24/7.

Was I ever monitored? They have bough old company a year ago, I have only contacted them 3 other times, every time was terrible but this last was unbelievable. No excuse you should not have to call six times to get someone on phone that is suppose to be monitoring 24 hrs, 7 days a week!

I am a former employee of Securitas South Africa since November 2020. In 2021 I received a call for a warrant for arrest against me for an unpaid traffic fine. The vehicle was registered to Securitas Tactical which was the entity that serviced their Airport contracts. I was not the proxy for this vehicle as I was employed by Securitas SA. I struggled to have this mark lifted and this affected me where I was unable to relicense my own vehicles. In desperation I turned to the Deputy Traffic Chief for Traffic in Cape Town who assisted me in the matter. Help from Securitas was not forthcoming. Towards last year I was harassed for an arrears Standard Bank account for Securitas. Securitas informed me that they had closed the account and I told them very clearly that this did not matter as they were in arrears and the Bank was threatening me. This was never resolved by them I was eventually approached by Debt collectors who I threatened with legal action and who them eventually left me alone. I had also had to threaten the Bank with legal action if they did not stop harassing me. I have just received notice from traffic for several outstanding fines for vehicles from November 2020. These fines have never been fined. They are still attached to my name as the proxy although I have been away from Securitas since November 2000. This will again affect me with the re licensing of my vehicles this year. I am an entrepreneur with a start up company in opposition to Securitas and it would seem as if they are quite happy to allow me to struggle with issues that are their problem and not mine. I have an email with the threat of conversations held with Securitas and Traffic on this matter. Im happy to send this for further detail. I so not trust that Securitas will resolve this issue and will be considering legal options if necessary. I have chosen Sweden as the county on this complaint because I do nto trust Securitas South Africa to resolve it.
