Me my wife and our autistic 8-year-old son with the SeaWorld on Saturday June 18th before Father's Day and when I was unable to show the person at the gate my barcode she only told me the step aside and then it helped me and I was clearly frustrated when we were able to get in everything was closed because it was a little bit cloudy but it wasn't raining we went to a dolphin show to pass some time my son did not understand why other children were being picked to do stuff as part of the educational program that made him so sad to the point to where he was pouring tears from his eyes at a place that you consider a certified autism center. Following that we went to Build-A-Bear to make him feel better he picked out a really cool item got all of the stuff and things but some of the things he didn't know what they were and didn't think he needed so we had those removed from the purchase when we went to finalize it the store had made it to where the card blocked the purchase and we were unable to do that. Now my child is really upset even more upset than ever. Again at a place that you consider a certified autism center, we went to go get a slushie icy drink but they were all broken and out of order so we go to get a fountain soda drink and those were out of order too.We sat down and thought about things for a couple minutes and decided to leave. With all that said I want to let you know that I was going to SeaWorld over 20 years ago and only wanted to pass that experience onto my kids having no doubt that it would be an awesome experience I was sure wrong though I was to the point of crying myself because I only wanted to give my kid a good experience for a Father's Day weekend it was destroyed luckily the resort we were staying at was pretty fun so it wasn't a total loss but I will spread the word I will tell other parents about this I will tell them not to take their children especially if they are with autism. I also have ASD-high functioning and I am a certified insurance agent in my state I will go to every end of this planet calling emailing and writing every executive manager department head everybody about this until I have satisfaction because I am very funny about my kid and you made my kid. Shame on you SeaWorld Orlando!
Desired outcome: I want a refund for the annual pass SeaWorld portion of the gold pass that I have & a phone call made to me containing an apology.
