SEA Gamer Mall Disappointing Service from Seagm.com: Delayed Order and Lack of Transparency

I recently made a purchase on seagm.com for 500,000 FUT Coins. I opted for the comfort trade method, which according to their website, should take anywhere from 0-12 hours to complete. However, much to my disappointment, I was informed by their live chat support that they were "out of stock - waiting for supplier" (which I found hard to believe). They told me that it would take an additional 0-24 hours to complete my order.

After waiting for a total of 36 hours, I contacted their support team again to inquire about the status of my order. To my dismay, they informed me that it would take another 2 days to complete my order. I was extremely frustrated and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, but was told that they wouldn't be back until Monday (which I found hard to believe as well).

As of now, I still haven't received my coins and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by seagm.com. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking to purchase gaming currency or items. The lack of transparency and communication regarding the status of my order is unacceptable. I hope that they can improve their service in the future to avoid disappointing their customers.

SEA Gamer Mall SEA Gamer Mall Review: Scam Alert - Do Not Use!

I had a really bad experience with SEA Gamer Mall (seagm.com). To cut a long story short, I purchased a key from them and it turned out to be used. I tried to contact their customer support for four weeks, but I didn't receive any proper replies. When I asked for a refund, they 'locked' me out from accessing live chat unless I downloaded a fresh browser. It was really frustrating.

Eventually, I decided to email their 'admin' to see if they could help me. They confirmed that they had revoked my keys, but they were 'unable to issue a reimbursement or refund'. I couldn't believe it! They took my money for a used key and then refused to refund me. It's such a scam and I wouldn't recommend using them.

I think it's really important to be able to trust the companies that we buy from online. Unfortunately, my experience with SEA Gamer Mall has left me feeling really disappointed. I don't think it's fair that they can take my money and then refuse to give it back when they've sold me a faulty product. It's just not right.

Overall, I would advise anyone thinking of using SEA Gamer Mall to think twice. There are plenty of other companies out there that are more trustworthy and reliable. Don't make the same mistake that I did!

SEA Gamer Mall Disappointed with SEA Gamer Mall's Game Code Purchase and Security Measures

I recently bought a game code from SEA Gamer Mall to try out a game in Korea. They sent me the information I needed, and it all seemed to be correct. However, I noticed that I couldn't change the passwords on the account or the email associated with it. This was a bit concerning to me because it meant that if someone else got access to my account, they could potentially lock me out of it and take it over.

To make matters worse, they have a second email authentication process that you have to wait 30 days to disable. During this time, they still have access to your account and could cancel your request, leaving you out in the cold and potentially taking over your account again.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be using this account at all. It's just not worth the risk of having someone else take it over and potentially losing all of my progress. Plus, I don't want to spend a whole month working for them just to disable the second email authentication process. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with SEA Gamer Mall.

SEA Gamer Mall Warning: SEA Gamer Mall's Payment Methods are Unreliable and Non-Refundable

This website, SEA Gamer Mall, has some serious issues with their payment methods. I strongly advise you to steer clear of them. They used to accept credit cards and PayPal, which are reliable and safe payment options that can protect customers in case of any issues or disputes. However, now they only accept payment methods that are non-refundable and leave no trace.

I recently purchased two Steam cards from this website and paid using PayNow. However, when I checked my account, it showed that the payment was unpaid and there was a delay in processing it. My bank clearly stated that the transfer was successful, so I'm not sure what the problem is. To make matters worse, the website cannot even provide me with their UEN number to assure me that I'm paying to a legitimate account.

Overall, I would not recommend using this website for any purchases. Their payment methods are shady and unreliable, and their customer service is lacking. It's better to find a more trustworthy website that accepts secure payment options to ensure that your money is safe and protected.

SEA Gamer Mall Terrible Experience with SEA Gamer Mall - Avoid at All Costs!

I wanted to buy some in-game credit for MU ORIGINS SEA and decided to check out SEA Gamer Mall (seagm.com) to see if they had it in stock. I sent them a message asking if they had it available and they replied back saying that they did. I was excited to make my purchase and did so immediately. However, just a minute after I made my purchase, I received another message from them saying that they were out of stock. I was so disappointed and frustrated.

I decided to ask them when they would have it back in stock and they told me that it would take 1-3 days. I thought that was reasonable and decided to wait for it to become available again. However, after waiting for 2 whole weeks, I still didn't receive my purchase. I was so angry and upset.

To make matters worse, the customer service officers were extremely rude and unhelpful. They didn't seem to care about my situation at all and were just plain mean. I couldn't believe how terrible their customer service was.

If you're thinking about buying from SEA Gamer Mall, I would strongly advise against it. While their prices may be cheaper, the headache and agony that you'll go through just isn't worth it. Save yourself the trouble and buy from somewhere else. F SEAGM!

SEA Gamer Mall Mixed Experience with SEA Gamer Mall: Good First Order, Second Order Issue

I had a pretty good experience with SEA Gamer Mall (seagm.com) on my first order. It took around 24 hours for my currency to arrive, but that was no big deal for me. However, my second order didn't go as smoothly. I never received my currency, even though they marked it as completed. When I showed them screenshots as proof, they refused to acknowledge that it could have been a mistake on their end or one of their "suppliers" not honoring the transaction. It's frustrating because I really wanted to continue ordering from them, but now I have to file a dispute to get my money back.

I don't mind waiting for 24+ hours for my currency, but it's disappointing when things don't go as planned. I wish they were more willing to work with me to resolve the issue. It's possible that the screenshots they showed me were for a previous order that was completed without error, but they didn't seem to want to consider that possibility.

Overall, I'm not sure if I'll order from SEA Gamer Mall again. It's a shame because I really liked their website and the ease of ordering. But if they're not willing to work with me when things go wrong, it's not worth the risk.

SEA Gamer Mall Frustrating Experience with SEA Gamer Mall: Strange System & Ridiculous Fees

This website, SEA Gamer Mall (seagm.com), is quite frustrating to use. They have a strange system where you have to spend gold before you can even get gold. It's like a catch-22 situation. I don't understand why they do this. It's not like they're giving you anything for free.

Another thing that really bothers me is that they expect you to pay an auction house fee. I wouldn't mind paying this fee if they would allow you to list your items for a shorter amount of time. However, they demand that you list your items for 48 hours. This is ridiculous. The last time I put my items up for that long, they didn't even buy them. So, not only did I not get any gold, but I also lost 100 gold to these $#*!faces.

Normally, I deal in the range of thousands of gold via trade. However, the economy sucks lately, so even 300 gold is hard as hell to scrap together without gouging yourself (reselling items you bought for much less than the purchase price you paid). It's frustrating because I feel like I'm wasting my time on this website.

Overall, I would not recommend using SEA Gamer Mall (seagm.com). There are better websites out there that don't have such ridiculous rules and fees.

SEA Gamer Mall Disappointing Service and Loyalty Rewards Program at SEA Gamer Mall (seagm.com)

I used to be a regular customer of SEA Gamer Mall (seagm.com) and I have to say, I was pretty satisfied with their service. I usually received my orders within half an hour after making the payment. However, my recent experiences have been quite disappointing. All of my orders have been delayed for days and the customer service (SVC SVC) was not helpful at all. It's frustrating because SEA Gamer Mall asks for fast payment, but then claims they never received it. I even called my bank and they confirmed that the payment was sent immediately.

Another thing that bothers me is the loyalty rewards program. I've been a member for a long time and have reached the highest tier, but it doesn't seem to bring any benefits at all. I feel like it's just a marketing gimmick to attract more customers.

Lastly, I want to address the issue of online payment or fast payment. As a regular customer, I expect SEA Gamer Mall to be familiar with these terms. However, they seem to be giving me excuses when I ask about my orders. It's frustrating because I rely on their service to get my gaming needs, but it seems like they're not taking their customers seriously.

SEA Gamer Mall Disappointing Experience with SEA Gamer Mall's V-PRECA Prepaid Card: Beware of Automated Support and Non-Numerical Credit Card Numbers

I recently purchased a V-PRECA prepaid card from SEA Gamer Mall (seagm.com) and was disappointed to find that the credit card number I received had letters in it, which was totally different from the all numerical credit card number I was supposed to receive. As a result, I was unable to redeem the card.

I reached out to their "live" support, but it was obvious that it was automated. They kept telling me to fill out a form, which I did, but I don't think management ever checked it. It's sad that all they had to do was check my concern, but instead, they rely too much on their automatic service.

If you're reading this review because you're wondering if this site is legit, I would say it's 50/50. However, if something goes wrong, don't expect much help from them. I suggest avoiding this site altogether.

Overall, my experience with SEA Gamer Mall was disappointing. It's frustrating to encounter issues with a purchase and not receive any help from customer service. I hope they improve their service in the future to avoid similar situations for other customers.

SEA Gamer Mall Terrible Experience with SEA Gamer Mall: Held Order, Asked for Sensitive Information, and Refused Refund

I recently had a terrible experience with SEA Gamer Mall (seagm.com). I ordered an Amazon gift card and was excited to receive it. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I realized that my order was being held. I was confused and didn't understand why my order was being held. After a few days, I received an email from SEA Gamer Mall asking for sensitive information like my passport copy and ID. I was hesitant to provide this information, but I wanted my order to be processed, so I reluctantly provided the information.

After providing the information, I waited for my order to be processed, but it never came. I reached out to SEA Gamer Mall to inquire about my order, but I didn't receive a response. I was frustrated and angry that I had provided sensitive information and still hadn't received my order. I decided to look into their refund policy and found that they were supposed to refund me if the refusal of the order was not due to my fault.
