I live in the UK and will not be travelling to Canada in the forseeable future. My credit card has expired and with it all on-line access to my accounts with Scotia. I have business, investment and personal accounts with Scotia. Over many weeks I have tried to resolve this problem but no-one in the bank seems able to handle my situation. Their procedure, which seems inflexible, is that I need a credit or debit card to access my accounts and because I am overseas they have not sent me a renewal. To make things worse I need access to my accounts to make a formal complaint. I have been pursuing this now for several weeks without success
