On July 2, I had an appointment at 3pm with the Assistant Manager & been a Muslim lady. Never in my life I met someone so unprofessional or unconcerned for others. She kept me waiting until 5pm. She showed complete disrespect for me,
The next day, I went to Scotiabank-Kings Place and I met this gentleman who's name is Ritesh Saxena who come from India was so professional who had my concerns resolved with in 15 minutes , I say thank you to this find gentleman .
