Scotiabank review: Account 8864322

I live in czech rep. I have tried to get credit or debit card since my husband died 3 years ago. I do not remember username or password because we started with scotiabank about 40 years ago. I called the bank numerous times they promissed to give me credit card but I never received. My widou pensions the government is deposited to this account every months but I cannot get to my money. I have about 60000 dol in the account I am 80 years old so I would like to use it before I die. I have written few letters to scotiabank I just keep calling at least to tell me the ballance. Please advice what I can do
