Scorpion Legal Protection Civil matter regarding gj garden growand pest control cc. They are doing fraud/conning people for chemicals they use for gardens

On the 6th of January 2016 a company by the name G.S Garden Grow and Pest Central CC from plot 7 Pretoria north, Solomon Mahlangu drive, visited my house with the aim of spraying poison on the grass so it shouldn't grow anymore. They handed me the attached receipt as proof and said it had 18 months guarantee. I asked if the poison really works and they guaranteed me that they will even come check it out on the 9th which was a Saturday. Days went by and the grass had remained the same. I contacted the number shown on the receipt and they said they will come and check it out which never happened.On the 19th I called again  and they assured me they will come on the 20th January 2016 which was yesterday and unfortunately they never showed up. I sent them a message saying am reporting them to the police. I then called earlier this morning at 08:20 am, spoke to Shane who is the head of the con Company and he just hanged up on me. I went to the police station to report this matter and I was told this is a civil case a lawyer is needed. Well I cannot afford a lawyer. I then decide to contact my lawyers at Scorpion but i didn't get any help either. They kept on saying all agents are busy and they will get back to her within an hour. Scorpion never got back to me. I have received poor service delivery for legal advice I have been paying my premiums all this year's for such nonsense. I am now thinking of canceling my membership and moving to another legal company as for scorpion they are good for nothing miss Mm tlolane [protected]

Scorpion Legal Protection Not satisfactory customer service

On 15 December 2015, there was a debit order of R99.99 which I did not know about. I phoned the bank to ask who was debiting this amount. They said they cannot see the name of the company, however they can see their contact details which were provided to me. I called the number as was given, the lady on the other side could not tell me where they got my banking details, why they taking my money without my permission. She was only apologising as I am asking all these questions. When I asked to speak to someone who can tell me why my money was taken, she said there is no direct contact details only an email address. I told her I want my money back, she said she will submit the request to Accounts department for me to get a refund within 14 days. That conversation was on the 15 December 2015. On the 8th January, seeing there is no refund I called again which I was told same thing, "Sorry sir, we apologise I will send your request to accounts for you to get your refund it will take up to 14 working days. On the same day I realised I need Scorpion assistance here for the 2 following reasons: 1. These people stole my personal information for their financial gain 2. Why must I wait 14 days to be refunded the money that was stolen from me. I made my request clear to Scorpion via email, to my surprise the reply I got from the lady after a week was " please note that we have contacted the respondent on the 11/01/2016 and they advised that they will forward your complaint to their finance department and the process will take 14 working days"- which is exactly the same they told me. I am failing to understand why a Legal Scorpion representative is taking her time to tell me exactly the same thing that I have already told her. I am not satisfied with the response from Scorpion, it is exactly the same response I gave to Scorpion as a background to the matter.

good day. I Mr S.A Mokgabudi policy no 166 4145 hereby lodging complain about poor and unprofessional service i received from your company regarding the case which was lodge by 2004 September the 20th. at this sporting time i have no transport, no house, no income from my minibus and my house is leaking and badly damage, by then i was fully member of Scorpion which i was supposed to get fair treatment. i was just disappointed when i receive bad treatment from you. for the period of 11 years my problem is not yet solved. is very big disappointment after waiting such a long time only to be told the file has been closed unfinished. i still need some further investigation regarding this matter. please find attached documents for further investigation. let me know in the next 14 days from today whether my request has been taken into account.

Scorpion Legal Protection Failed to assist

As of 0 1st October 2014 my policy with scorpion legal protection became active and myself and immediate family was cover for any legal matter falling in the category of my policy. On 31 October 2014 my wife was constructively dismissed from her work place and scorpion was informed about and agreed to assist with legal protection, an attorney was appointed as well as consultation as the case appear on 27 November 2014 at the CCMA. Today 26 November 2014 the attorney called and advise. Ed that due to scorpion not covering the matter he is withdrawing from the matter. I contacted scorpion and spoke to a female operator called Leaton (highly unprofessional and incompetent) advising that because it is a historical issue (30/10/2014) they cannot help. I asked to speak to her superior, but to no avail. What pathetic service

I have been with scorpion for over 10 years and never missed a payment, however i have a case that was approved and considered valid where i was trying to recover a substantial amount of money owed to me by a certain individual however everytime i call to do follow i am informed that the case has beef escalated to advocates in the head office in Durban...

Till today i have not seen any progress, i feel greatly disappointed as a loyal member

Scorpion Legal Protection Incompetency - Legal Advise

After being unfairly dismissed from my previous employer, I approached Scorpion Legal for assistance who advised me to report the matter to the CCMA, as this was infact a unlawful dismissal. My "appointed legal representative" assisted me to complete all relevant documentation in order to register the matter with the CCMA after which I felt comfortable to leave the matter in their capable hands on his request which was a BIG mistake. I had attempted to follow the matter up with them as I never received any feedback from Scorpion and had left messages for almost everybody to call me back, which included the Complaints Department Manager to Maintenance and Cleaning Services, with NO response. I was failry shocked to learn that my documents were NEVER submitted by the Scorpion Representative and only after I had physically driven through to their offices in Roodepoort, was my documents submitted, but the matter thrown out at the CCMA, for being submitted to late. The fact that I pay for a service with Scorpion which I can not access or reap the benefits from is shocking...they are supposed to be the party that stands up for us, the common man when we are mistreated and taken advantage off...The manner in which I was treated by Scorpion makes me wonder if the are not the ones that we need protection from? Should someone from Scorpion grow a pair...they can contact me on: [protected].

I repoted this matter to legal department and DESREE NAIDOis the one who supposed to assist but she failled and i also complain to complain department but nothing was done. I am going to escalate this matter to legal practice council

CCMA Defaulted attendance register but then Senior Nowethu Ndiki and Nonhlanhla Nkosi are the ones that told me they smuggle for the concerned sworn Members of Parliament and Members of Prov Legislature not to be affected by their lies

SCORPION LEGAL PROTECTION, CLIENTEL LEGAL AND NEDBANK FAIL TO DEFEND ME BUT RATHER COLLUDE IN IMMORAL ACTIONS AGAINST ME IN CONSPIRACY WITH SA POLICE SERVICE NATIONAL COMMISSIONER GEN KEHLA SITHOLE, DEPARTMETN OF HEALTH, HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL OF SA etc

I have signed the special power of attorney and have re-supplied you in bona fide with all the information. My incident is similar to Nesnaidoo I choose not to pour my heart at this platform. Will you ever come back to me with tangible response without supporting an injury to one is an injury to all of wrong motives?.

As you know: I was never mentally insane as I am labelled permanent ill paranoid personality disorder and paranoid schizophrenia just because my employer defraud my fixed term employment benefit to which authorities and others delay deliberate so that the term ends to saving their office swears.

In several attempt of wanting to erase/delete this case I am trapped to death by people that I thought were my real friends but The Almighy Lord Jesus Christ, Father, Son And The Holy Spirit Always Triumph. The most resent trap for planned death was set against me last Friday 01 February 2019 by Dr Beyers Naudè Local Municipality leaders that tried to "cheap trick" trap me in poor information to go to Jeffreys Bay where I must take part in amending a National Credit Bill. How could I? whilst I am not even a sworn in politician? I am only a Ward Committee Member that represent Education and Tourism in Ward 6 hence I submit how can I be part of such amendment which has no paper work?
None of you respond to me objectively and truthfully. I now read, I am not the only casulty.

These type of companies offer the service because they think they can get repeat business income on a monthly basis, ie: money for jam. Their hope is that clients do not have any cases, or at most, very few simple cases. The problem is that when clients are paying for a service, they will maximise the use of that service and the legal company becomes inundated with work and thus they prioritise the highest paying cases first. That's why most of the complaints are about bad service where things do not get done, transferred, delayed or ignored, unless a client is ensuring they do their job.

The best is to see a private attorney that can give personal assistant. Your monthly fee should rather be invested in a unit trust that can be used when a real problem case arises. You will actually save money that way. Feel sorry for the poor though, the business world is not geared up for them

My Mother was unfairly dissmissed on July 2017 after she fell on a sep ledder whilst on duty.She worked as a domestic worker around benoni.We reported the matter to scorpion legal protection but no help was given.Its now alomost five months since my om got fired and she is still unemployed.She has been with scorpion almost all my live i grew up knowing we are covered by scorpion but now that she needs help, scorpion does non.ALL that we been told is that we will receive an sms regarding our case.They sometimes put her hopes up by calling her to their offices but when she gets there shes told it has been prosponed maybe this happened about 3 times now. SO MY QUESTION TO YOU SCORPION IS WHY ARE YOU TAKING PEOPLES MONEY WHEN YOU FAIL TO PROTECT THEM?WHY MAKE PROMISES THAT YOU CAN'T KEEP?IS IT BECAUSE YOUR NOT WHO YOU SAY YOU ARE?IS IT BECAUSE YOU ARE SCARED OF THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR LAWYERS?please these are the questions we need answers from.{[protected]}PLEASE CALL ME

Dear Mr Rajoo and Mrs Naidoo,

I have waited long enough for this matter to be resolved, my wife is putting pressure on me and i can lose my family for your delays,

we have decided to report this matter to SAPS and get and external legal representation.
My trust has faded.

its been 4 months now and nothing is happening. All i do is keep on sending document to scorpion. I sent documents 3 times to Mr Rajoo if im not mistaken and the 4th time
i sent to Mrs Naidoo, It seems as if you selling products that are not on the shelves.

Please do contact me if things changes. But im following my wife's advice
im reporting this matter to the police, i will also get an external legal representation. What i fail to understand is why scorpion gave this case to
Legal representation who are based in Durban while this matter has occurred in Johannesburg.

To me that shows the incompetency of people who are allocating clients cases. I have read on scorpion complaints page and there are people to had
the same treatment as mine.

Im sure i have learnt a lesson, you must practice what you preach.

Im very disappointed in scorpion legal.

They help me with my labour dispute, but was always negative and told me to leave the case, how can you go againsr Drs reports?now after more than 2 years WCA rewarded me 2 percent increase on my pension also more than 5 months ago and still I am waitng for my money and no one assist. me to help me or to do anything?they were already been paid by scorpion legal but they dont care anymore and say it is out there hands now?this is really bad service, now I complain alreadty 2 times by scorpion legal and told me they will come back immediately to me, but still nothing happened?how cant they finish the case with my payments also been paid out, this is half sevice?
