Precision Air I'm on the Do Not Call list and this company keeps Robocalling me all the time, even though I don't live in Las Vegas anymore!

I'm on the Do Not Call list and this company keeps Robocalling me all the time, even though I don't live in Las Vegas anymore! I block the number, but they just call again in a few days from a different number and leave another voicemail. They're so annoying! Stay away from this company!

Daniel N was very professional and on time, efficient, courteous and professional.
He explained what was needed to prevent the air conditioner from going out. In the future, I will call him for recommended services. He serviced my air conditioner and made recommended services to the units. Thank you.

Danny was on time, friendly, courteous and professional. He gave me a fulll report on my HVAC and his recommendations. With all the annoying phonecalls I received from the office about setting up an appointment during this pandemic, even after I actually had an appointment, I was considering trying another company. Because of Danny I decided to stay with Precision Air.

Precision Air This company keeps spam calling your phone

This company keeps spam calling your phone. I got 3 calls today, on 10-07-22, all from different numbers that were faked. I told them to put me on the do not call list, but it doesn't work. STOP SPAM CALLING! I block the number, then they call from a different number. I don't understand how this kind of marketing is effective.

Precision Air uses a scam technique of robocalling a number, but they force the call directly to voicemail. My number is on the Do Not Call registry. They've called it three times now, even after being told about their registry violation the second time. They promised to remove my number, but they lied. A real business wouldn't resort to such scammy tactics of robocalling and forcing calls to voicemail. Can't trust them, I tell ya.

Precision Air This company keeps spam calling my phone

This company keeps spam calling my phone. I keep telling them to remove me from their do not call list, but they continue to call. I've seen similar complaints from other people on Yelp and other platforms. Precision Air, why don't you stop spam calling?! I block their number, but then they call from a different one. I've told the person not to call me or my wife anymore and to remove me from their call list, but they persist in calling. I'm warning all my family, friends, and social media followers not to choose this company.

Precision Air No stars here if I could have

No stars here if I could have. We had a 90% furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater installed by Precision Air in April . They were installed in an elderly person's home, and he didn't go into the basement. October , when we turned on the heat, the PVC pipe leaked. It must have happened last year too because where the drip landed, the concrete was worn. We called Precision Air to fix the problem, and they charged us for sealing the PVC pipes that were not properly sealed correctly when they were installed. We called the manager, and he said it was over a year, so they had the right to charge us. We will never recommend this company and also tell all our friends about the bad experience. Patty F.

Ryan is a very pleasant young man and appears to be very knowlegeable of his trade. Because the whole town has been laid off because of the coronavirus, I obviously couldn't follow his sound advice at this time but he gave me some recommendations to follow and said he would have his manager Bill, check back with me in a month. Hopefully we can go forward at that time.

I feel Precision Air-Las Vegas is very fortunate to have Ryan L. as their employee. Thank you for this opportunity to say "Good Job, well done Ryan"

Precision Air Precision Air called me and offered a maintence check, since it was about the right time I accepted

Precision Air called me and offered a maintence check, since it was about the right time I accepted. They checked the unit in the attic and it was fine. They went out to the compressor and after checking it and plugging it in then the motor stopped working. They called the manufactureer and the motor was under warranty. The replaced the motor with an after market motor. They charged me $330 for three hours of labor.They returned the next day and wanted to check the unit in the attic to see if any thing there could have caused the motor failure. They told my that my coils were rusted. They said the coils were under warranty but the labor would be between $3500 and $4000. I called the company that installed the unit when the house was built and they came out to check. They said that the door to the coils was still sealed and had not ever been opened. I had Precision Air back out to replace the after market with the right motor. I timed him and it took only about an hour. They don't seem to want to refund the $220. Before you use this company check with other companies so you don't over pay. They are Scamers!

Precision Air My air conditioner was working, but not very well

My air conditioner was working, but not very well. After they "fixed it," it stopped working altogether. They charged me $435.00 for breaking my A/C unit. The invoice doesn't explain the cost for parts or labor, it's just a flat charge. I'm not sure what they did.

Precision Air This company has been robo-dialing and spamming me for about 4 years now

This company has been robo-dialing and spamming me for about 4 years now. I called them, emailed them, and complained online about this, but they always say it's been taken care of, yet the calls never stop. I'm also on the do not call list and never had any business with them! They call me 3 to 5 times a week using robo calls! This company should be shut down or fined right away. There are lots of other complaints online too.

Precision Air I got a new unit installed, but it ain't finished yet and ain't even had the final County Inspection

I got a new unit installed, but it ain't finished yet and ain't even had the final County Inspection. They charged me for completion, but my air ain't working. I paid over 10,0000k for a "brand new" unit a month ago on 2/23, exactly a month and a day after the "Precision Air" warranty of 30 days for all labor done expired. But they did this on purpose, real unprofessional. Their office made me pay when the installation ain't even done, still ain't done. During the installation, they blew EIGHT FUSES and LOST the cover for the new unit's wires. My air ain't working and I've been real patient with the office even though they've been acting unprofessional. Right from the start, the techs didn't wear their booties to protect my floors, and they messed up my hardwood floors. The office people use bad language and act all inappropriate, especially Rich, the dispatcher who wouldn't help or transfer me to someone who could. I still ain't got no working air, and this company only cares about money, not about giving good customer service or actually getting things done. That's a big warning sign right there.

Precision Air Precision Air called on 04/30 for summer service and they came out on 05/02

Precision Air called on 04/30 for summer service and they came out on 05/02. They said the mainline Contactor was no good and they also replaced my thermostat. The total bill was $610.95, which I paid, and I also tipped both workers, Roberto and Danny.

Precision Air called again on 10/08 for fall service and they came out on 10/22. Only Danny came this time and I asked about Roberto. Danny said he left the company. Danny went on the roof for about 30 minutes, then came down and spent about 30 minutes at the thermostat. After that, he went back on the roof and came back to the thermostat for about 15 minutes. I asked him what was wrong and he said Roberto wired something wrong. Then smoke started coming out of the vents and Danny went back to the roof for about 20 minutes. When he came back, he started telling me that my unit was old. I told him that the original unit was there for 26 years and this one was installed in 2003. Danny made me upset with his comments about the age of the unit and Roberto's work, so I told him to leave and that I would call someone else because I felt like he was trying to deceive me.

I called *** Air (TY) and they came out on 10/26. I told them about what happened and Ty went on the roof. He said the wiring was incorrect and called another repairman to help with all the wiring. Ty told me that the Contactor was bad due to improper wiring and the Compressor was also bad. Ty ordered a new Compressor and installed it on 10/28. The total cost for both visits was $2050.00. Ty wrote that he couldn't be sure if the wiring caused the Compressor problem.

I called Precision and told them on 10/26. They said Doug *** would call me. However, I didn't receive any call on 11/04. I messaged Doug *** on 11/06 in the morning, but still no response from him. I called again in the afternoon and talked to Doug M. I relayed everything to him and then Doug M. offered me $610.95. I told him that between the two companies, I have invested $2660.00 plus 5 months of the fan running continually 24/7. But I think a fair solution would be a 50/50 split, which would be $1330.00. He said he had to talk with the owner.

I called again on 11/09 in the morning, but Doug was in a meeting. I called back in the afternoon and Doug said the owner only agreed to give me $610.95. On 11/12, my account was credited with $610.95. I feel like $969.05 is still owed to me.

Precision Air I bought a Heat Pump System from Precision Air on Aug

I bought a Heat Pump System from Precision Air on Aug. 20th. The repairman said my Air Handler Unit had leaked freon and suggested buying a new system. The Sales Manager, Mr. Andre B, came and convinced me to buy a new system for $10,000 with a lifetime warranty on the compressor. However, when I received the documents, I saw that the warranty was only for 2 years. I called Precision Air, and they sent me another document with a lifetime warranty. But when I called the manufacturer, they confirmed it was only a 2-year warranty. I have contacted Precision Air multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. I am attaching the initial invoice and the revised invoice showing the conflicting warranties, as well as my registration certificate from the manufacturer.
