I closed my account in july per scoresense representative and its october and I am still being billed. I need this corrected asap.

    no need to dispute with your bank, most of the times we open up two accounts one for ourselves and one for a significant other, these are individual account and have no relation to one another except for the credit card used to activate, you might have cancelled one within the trial period but not both, this is the most common mistake we make when enrolling into this type of services. this was in fact my case
