ScoreSense.com - cancellation fraud

Cancelled service via phone 2 months ago. This month I got another charge to my bank account. To cancel, I was on the phone for 30 minutes and I kept having to refuse offers. I never said ok to anything and accepted none of these offers. I asked at the end of the call if my account was cancelled and the representative said "Yes" in response. Now the charges have resumed without any notification. This is fraudulent.

ScoreSense.com - unauthorized charged monthly membership fee of $29.95

On July 1, 2014 my American Express card was billed $29.95 for an unauthorized membership fee of $29.95. The same charge occurred on Aug 1 and Sept 1, 2014. On Sept 29, 2014 I called 855 259-1783 that was identified on my AMEX bill and was advised all three months would be credited by Carlos, Badge # 16700 from Pittsburgh, Pa. He advised me to file a fraudulent complaint at [email protected] and ic3.gov as well as my local law enforcement fraud department. I never agreed to accept a monthly plan to get credit scores... these are totally bogus charges.

I just discovered this as well. I never signed up for this bogus crap. Mine started in August and goes through Feb. And i cannot get them on the phone.

ScoreSense.com - taking money from account without permission

I like many others took there 7 day trial, I did not use there site after 7 days I check my account and i've been charged a total of 60$ they're customer service is rude and they're doing the very thing they are supposed to "protect you" from swiping money from your account without any notice complete and udder scam no one even think about using this site and to all you employees saying that we should read and blah blah just remember your pay check is coming from people's accounts into your pocket before there any the wiser and can't get it back also if they are this horrible with customer service and this sneaky how do you think they'd do when it comes to identity theft it'd be a mess

Score sense has been taking money out of my social security account since june of 2013. I've call over the months about the $419 that's owe to me. They had all my information accept for my correct address. Every time I call a representative tells me that I will receiving my refund in 1-2days. I have repeatedly unsubscribed from receiving e-mails from score sense and other apphiliats and they continue to be sent. THIS IS A SCAM OPERATION AND THEY HAVE TAKEN ME ACROSS ONCE AND THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO IT AGAIN. I was billed for receiving supposidly a free credit score and I appealed it but was turned down. IF the e-mails do not stop I will be forced to take one steo further. In other words, I don't want to hear from you again.

Their has been 6 unauthorized payments using my account information without my consent. I have never opened an account with this company nor interested. I would like to be reimbursed for all 6 unauthorized transactions.

ScoreSense.com - they are a rip off

Read the fine print that you don't even see. I was charged 29.95 twice a month for 2 months. Over 100.00 dollars. I didn't notice until the second month I was even being charged. My membership was cancelled the same day they billed my credit card twice (2nd month. So for 1 hr of access to this site which I didnt use I was billed for a full months service twice. Ask for a refund you can forget it. They respond with giving you a dollar. READ this sites reviews they r a bunch of scam artist I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE. THEY R A RIP OFF. Forget sending them a response or complaint.in 2 months I was billed 4 times for 29.95 over $100.00 for a site I used for a whole 2 minutes. Had I not checked my account on the billing date they would still be charging me. Does that even make sense Paying 60 dollars for a months service that you are not even using Look at all the complaints they ARE A SCAM WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Refunding me $4.00 if that aint a slap in the face IDK what is

Cancellation to this site was done 1 hr after they billed my credit card twice in 1 day . So they will cancel your account giving you no access, but wont refund your money for the month you have no access too. We are talking being billed twice in 1 day with no access for the whole month. Sounds like a scam to me.

ScoreSense.com - won't refund money

I called in October to cancel the subscription that I never meant to sign up for in te first place. The person on the phone said that he sa where I called to cancel it in October but they cut my fee in half. I told him I want to cancelled and a refund made, he offered to give it to me for $2.95 a month. I insisted he cancel it, I just got an email saying they would refund me 1 month of charges. This is a heck of a way to make money, screwing people.

ScoreSense.com - took 2 unauthorized payments from my bank account

I was applying for a fha mortgage loan on what I thought was the official government website. Fhamortgage.org. At the end of the online application the final step was a required credit score. I was mislead into thinking I needed to get a credit score report for my fha loan application. Scoresense very discreetly offered a $29.95 monthly credit score service if you joined but I didn't need the service and had no intention of joining. I filled out the required credit score information and paid $1.00 thinking this was payment for the credit report required for the fha loan application. I can't afford and have no need for a monthly credit score report. I would like the two unauthorized withdrawn fees of $29.95 each, reimbursed.
Below is word for word of how scoresense scammed me into thinking I needed to get a credit report in order to complete my fha loan application. I have also attached a screen shot of the actual website page where scorescense tricked me.

This company was to only charge me $1.00 instead charges me $29.99 for a credit report. Stay away horrible customer service and will not refund you for the unauthorized charges.

Scoresense is one of those shady "free credit report" sites that require you to sign up for a subscription service after the grace period is up. Realize that you accept the terms of this when you accept the terms and conditions upon opening an account and that this site only gives you a SEVEN DAY GRACE PERIOD (unlike some others that offer 12 or even one...

ScoreSense.com - credit card charge for services

Checking debit charges with bank and husband spotted a charge we have not seen before. When husband contacted customer service, they stated that it was authorized through e-mail in my name. I called the next day and spoke with Shady from Customer Service at Score Sense and cancelled the account and told her these charges were not authorized by me. I was given two e-mail addresses to file fraud by Shady. First e-mail address is to www.ic3.gov and 2nd e-mail address was [email protected] Complete the complaints and a credit will be issued to my account.

Scoresence.com uses misleading means to lure customers to use their service. I was looking obtain my credit score. This web site offered it for free so I thought.. I entered my information but could not complete my request without entering my credit card information for a $1.00 charge to be refunded at a later date>not> the refund never occurred. Now a week later I have been charged $29.95 for what I don't know. Never was it explained that this would happen. I wish this practice to stop immediately and that I be removed from your web site, membership and whatever other list you have me on. I will make every effort to stop payment of the current charge but if that proves unsuccessful please cancel all contact with me as I do not want to be associated with such a dubious unethical company

I never ordered this service and am now being charged $29.99 a month. I am on a fixed incomje and have now been overdrawn 3 months in a row. I can't seem to get them to stop the service. I am forced to cancel my debit card and start a new account at my expense!

I also am on a fixed income and was driven to tears when I checked my bank statement to find charges from this company. I did not agree to these charges and appalled that they are allowed to get away with what they are doing. Help is needed and more media hype given to the shenanigans from these scoundrels.. They are low class citizens.

The advertising and service was deceiving. I was informed that I will be charged $1.00 with no additional charges. I have been charged $29 monthly since 12/2013. I want to not only cancel this service, but want to be reimbursed for 3 months of service that I did not request. On my credit card.

ScoreSense.com - poor service, theft

I used scoresense to get my fico score and credit report. I forgot to cancel it and got charged. I knew I needed to cancel it, so I was perfectly fine paying the fee for the month. I called in and talked to a representative for 10 minutes, they also confirmed that they spoke with me for that many minutes. The whole conversation they try and get you to stay with them and I repeatedly tell them I do not need the service, please cancel, etc. Etc. I'm familiar with the routine and they are trying to keep customers. I cancelled the membership and a month later got another charge. The first one I was okay with, totally my fault, but the second one I cancelled my membership. I called and complained that I cancelled it and they said I had to call again and cancel, why do I have to call twice to cancel? Poor customer service. I didn't need the services and the representative sent my complaint for review and I got $1 taken off. The initial $1 fee which I didn't ask for. I asked for the 2nd month of charges that I previously called and cancelled a month before. I have used other sites that were great and can't remember their names, but I will forever remember scoresense. I work in a school and have told co-workers and students of the practices of credit reports and this company. I do not want students who should be going off to college and monitoring their credit to work with a company like this that doesn't refund after a customer cancelled their account.

ScoreSense.com - fraud

For 21 months this company withdrew without my knowledge and authorization $14.95. Through my credit union I finally found out the company name and phone number and placed 2 calls to them on sept. 20th and sept. 25th. They credited my account with one month's fee of $14.95. This is not satisfactory at all! I have never subscribed to their service... Didn't even know of them and certainly did not authorize them to touch my monies. On the advice of my credit union, better business bureau, and an attorney I am requesting a refund to my account of $300.00 within 10 days to avoid my seeking legal claims.
