Civic Federal Credit Union Worst customer service

One of my financial institutions merged with Civic. It has been a nightmare! Only one general number to call. I do not live anywhere near a branch where i can go in. Civic Federal Credit Union Missing funds from my account

This so-called Credit Union is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. There is $500.00 missing from my account. I have been calling almost daily. No one can explain who authorized a $500.00 transaction that appears to be a transfer. All I simply want to know is Who authorized it and where was it transferred too?
