Thank you for taking the time to read this. For the record, we wouldn't be putting in this complaint if we weren't conscientiously good tenants. When we moved in the unit we were, frankly speaking, disgusted on the condition of the facility. At the time it was our home for the lease year and we would make the best out of it until we relocate, which we moved to Loveland, thank God! Throughout the year we filed monthly maintenance requests. I took before and after photographs. They knew we were tenants that were on top of it. It's not about things going our way, this happens in life. It's about fairness. They took 75% of our security deposit. We were needing that extra money for my (and her) hospital bills. There is no reason why they had to take so much.
