He uses his personal aggression and overall unhappiness to bully tenants, homeowners and people in general. Bill Milley aggressively harassed and threatened me on false pretenses and threatens eviction, collections and more. Avoid Renting from Bill or Cal-Prop, Avoid having them handle your property and Avoid Bill Milley.
