Sanford Health review: Sleep study lab at Fargo ND

I had a sleep study done July 7th, 2026.
My results were MD interpreted within a couple days; however, today ( July 29,2026) was the first I’ve heard from the sleep lab. So……I’ve waited all this time for follow up! Unacceptable!
The person from sleep study dept said he was on vacation.
Why aren’t his duties being handled by another person when he’s on vacation is mystery question?
Very poor customer service and poor follow through! Unbelievable
I suggest your organization better get a handle on this or folks will go elsewhere for health care. I had to send multiple messages to my chart, I had to phone 1 of the 2 medical supply places myself.
The elderly or folks without computer and my chart abilities would just be lost.
