Sanford Health review: No help and insulting

1st I was in for a CT scan of sinus and ears then call once read was told to pick up antibiotics and return in 2 weeks. When i returned for the follow up appt. to dr Charron 1st questioned ask was what can i help you with? i was just at ah land said your office scheduled the appt. for me with you so then i was pissed i never did get any answer for or why i was told to take the antibiotics or what was going on from the CT scan and to this day nothing that was March of 2026. So i continue to have issues and i also have a hole in my septum so i ask for a different dr. to maybe fix the septum and see if this dr can help with my ear pain. i don't mean mild pain my ear hurts and it also hurts in my jaw, side of my neck it gives me a sore throat on that side it feels like i have a cold and it gives me a headache and dizziness. So they schedule me with dr. J Nelson ENT still with sanford now this guy i don't know what or where he came from, he is very rude don't let you get a word in edge wise as the appt. went on i was realizing he had went over previous note and comments I'm sure cause with prior dr i was not nice and said my peace. So yes, my mistake for not possible thinking of that but he is very rude and insulting. Said that men can't get Sjogren's yes, it is more common in women than men, but men can have it too. After his insulting appt i had a follow up with an eye Dr. for the Sjogren's and she is pretty sure that i do have it i have another follow-up with eye dr. in 2 weeks and another with Internal med in 3 for all the test results. I highly do not recommend Dr. Charron because she doesn't know what she is seeing for and Dr. J Nelson i would not go to him unless you like to be humiliated and make you feel worse than when you came in and by the way they say he fixed a hole in your septum NOPE he will charge you 500. or your insurance to tell you to go to Fargo
