On June 11, 2025, I successfully opened a 60-month Certificate Account with a 4.15% APY and a maturity date of June 11, 2030, however the account balance remains at $0. I’ve been told manually transfer from saving account to CD through online banking system
, unfortunately system wouldn’t allow me to do that. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue through customer service representatives and managers, which assured me that the issue would be escalated to a specialist who would contact me, but I have not received any follow-up for a week, I also sent messages through the online banking platform but have not received a response.
