I got my refrigerator repaired four & half months back by Samsung by paying the charges demanded by Samsung. They have changed the compressor four times and visited my home at least twenty times. A senior engineer from Samsung also visited several times.
However, my refrigerator is still not working properly. It is in a worse position than that when I complained about the refrigerator.

The Samsung people have acknowledged that they are unable to repair the refrigerator, but they are ready to pay only 50% of charges which I paid them.
Therefore I request all not to buy Samsung products as they are cheating with the public.
