Sally Beauty Supply review: loud, rude, unfriendly manager - amy pratt

Right prior to mother's day, I stop into one of my favorite stores to pick up a few items. Instead, I walk out empty handed because of the pure lack of customer service. Not only did I encounter the absolute loudest and rudest person in the store, but later found out that she was able to be rude and loud along with not providing any sort of customer service, because she, amy pratt, was the manager. I have shopped at sally's for many many many years. But I absolutely refuse to give this store any more of my money until this store manager, amy pratt is replaced. I'm not even one to generally complain about the professionalism of service staff, because I know dealing with the general public can be challenging. However, this manager, amy pratt, has gone way too far! Her eye rolling, attitude and rudeness no one needs. I not only will not shop at that location, but I feel sorry for the staff that has to work for her, along with all the other customers that she has been outright loud, and rude to... Thank god there are other sally stores in the area, so I will be in those until amy pratt is replaced, or gains some sort of people skills!
