I reached out to customer service this morning, 10/23/24, and asked about an order and about my order sponsor being changed. My order sponsor messaged me last week and said she no longer wants any business dealings with me and my daughter in law and blocked all contact and communication. She told me to no longer contact her and I cannot when she blocked me. Not very professional. I sent in a complaint and also a message and she is still our sponsors. I have received no update and we would like to order but won’t as long as things remain the same. The customer service rep hung up on me. Again not very professional.

I returned 2 seperate orders to the company and claim to have not received the returns. I have tracking info. I returned 2 orders. they were sent back with the appropriate info needed to process the return and issue a refund. the company is claiming to have not received the orders. I have tracking info and also info from their post office of when they picked up the packages.

After signing up as a beauty influence, I was never able to make contact with customer service.. I called and waited on hold several times. No answer. I originally placed an order after signing up and the wrong foundation was picked. Over the course of a couple of days I called both the influencer line and customer line. No body ever picked up the phone. I tried the local florida number and calls went straight to voicemail. It's almost like there is no live agent. I tried to chat and there is only a "bot" to communicate with. As of this message/complaint I've yet to talk to any customer service agent able to help me correct the issue.

I placed an order as a Beauty Influencer on 8/20 and the payment did not go through. I was trying to pay through Paypal for the order which is an authorized form of payment. The order got put into pending status when the order did not go through. However, the company started deducting the order total from my monthly commissions for two months in a row until the order was fully paid for. I have yet to receive the product or a refund for the order. The order was in the amount of $217.50. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue through their "customer service" online through a support ticket system and through telephone contact, the issue has never been resolved. Finally, I decided to contact them again via telephone again and spoke to a supervisor named Sam who was extremely rude and kept talking over top of me when I was trying to explain the issue.
