Consumer was asked to provide the correct order number of the order she was wanting to return when she submitted a ticket requesting the refund. She then submitted a new ticket but did not provide the information we had requested previously. Without that information we were unable to locate the order and investigate the problem she was having. Consumer called on the 21st of November and our agent was able to help her and submit the refund for the Consumer. She should be receiving her money within the next 3-5 business days. We attempted to refund the consumer, unfortunately there has been disputes filed on the charges. We have notified the consumer that we will refund her once the disputes have been dropped. The company has not notified me of anything, this is the first that I am hearing about a dispute. They are just trying to drag out this matter. She keeps claiming we haven't refunded her for these orders but that is simply not true. We have refunded the orders she has inquired about and 2 of the orders had a charge back on them which cannot be cleared until the case is either won or lost. I received and email from the company yesterday (1/25/2021) and was informed that they will be processing 4 invoices, but I would need to get my account reinstated to be able to pick up funds there. I would like to receive a check for the for invoices and that was not offered to me. It appears the individual has filed chargebacks for the orders claimed she had not received a refund for. There was no charge back to my bank account. It was to a credit card account that was closed a long time ago, which I know longer have access too. The chargeback information that they are stating, I have no record of and if it was a charge then they should have proof because I dont. Well that information you will not get cause I dont remember the card nor the company, it's been 2 years. It has been two years of going back and forth with this company and I have returned all of the products and I am requesting a refund for items that were returned and that have nothing to do with any charge backs. This individual has filed chargebacks for orders # XXXXXX, XXXXXX, XXXXXX, and XXXXXX. These chargebacks would need to be canceled by her financial institution before we are able to issue a refund. Please see attached documents for each order. There is nothing we can do to refund these orders. They have already been filed as chargebacks which we have a policy against. This case was handled poorly by a previous manager who is no longer with the company. We have contacted the consumer and assured her that we are going to get her refund back to her as soon as possible.
