I shop every week at sainsburys at St Annes way Gloucester, my wife is in a wheelchair and we need a wheelchair trolly. For the last six weeks I have found one once, the other 5 I have had to push a wheelchair with one hand and a trolly with the other. I have mentioned this to staff to no avail. Being 80 years old I do not find this easy. If I were to shop at tesco there are always 6 0r 7. I have experienced this problem before at this store, surely a store of this size could do more to help the disabled community?
I will await you comments with interest.
Desired outcome: More wheelchair trolleys
