Safelite AutoGlass review: Windshield replacement

Set an appointment with safelite to pay cash for a windshield replacement. Told the guy my hood flew up and hit my windshield and shattered it. The guy says because of a little dent in my roof, nowhere near the windshield, they couldn't do it and I needed to go to an auto body shop. I called customer service and let them know that I took the day off for this and the guy should of has no issue replacing the windshield, she says the man put in his notes that I hit an animal! They lied and they have you lose pay just to be lazy and can't do the replacement!
