Safelite AutoGlass review: Window tint and lack of refund

To whom it may concern,

I had the front windshield replaced at the Safelite Auto glass located at 4601 East Cheyenne unit 113 Las Vegas, NV 89113.
I also requested the tint strip and wiper special for $80.00. When called and told it was done after 4+ hours, I arrived and my Bronco was outside the office. When I glanced over at my new windshield I noticed the tint strip was badly bubbled and apparently installed poorly. The person working the receptions admitted the tint was done poorly and stated I should wait 2-3 weeks for it to fully cure and if it still looks bad come back. I told him I wanted it removed now and the money refunded to my account. He agreed to remove the tint so I waited .5 hour for it. Once the vehicle was returned I requested an new invoice showing the $75.84 had been refunded. I was told that the full amount $575.84 had already been invoiced and now it would take 2-3 weeks to be returned. I asked for a paper receipt or something showing the $75.84 is to be refunded and he refused. I asked to speak with a Manager and he stated one was unavailable.
Later that day I was contacted by Nitausha and assistant Manager and she finally agreed to at least provide an email stating a refund would be issued when the Manager returns.
I find it concerning that there was an apparent lack of Quality control for the work and then and a flat out refusal to provide the customer a corrected invoice and refund at the time of service.
The excuse of a Manager out of town is ridiculous. If a Manager leaves for a period of time someone must have signature authority so business may continue.
I am still waiting for the promised check # 333333 for $75.84. Invoice # [protected]
