I have been waiting since May of 2025 for a replacement for my VIN # which a tech had cut off during a glass replacement. I have reached out and had repairs since then with no resolution. I now have another repair that needs to be replaced and still have no replacement for my VIN # that was damaged. I filed a complaint with the AG and will go to BBB. My last conversation with the customer team was that (I guess) supervisor of a certain branch/location Mr. McGowen was going to reach out to me. This never happen. Like I said I need another replacement and need to wait for my replacement to repair the window. The crack is getting bigger by the minute. I'm really frustrate at this point as this devalues my vehicle and not to mention it's been a whole year with no response from anyone. Unprofessional and bad for business. Please reach out.
