initial service was a repair. When the tech showed up he made it clear "I don't know what I am doing" — he was right! Repair was not done and crack continues. Filed a complaint and was treated like a stupid female. It was set for a replacement windshield. July 7 waited and waited — got a call 1/2 hour before end of time block scheduled — sorry no windshield came in
Over 30 days later — no repairs — no windshield — no response!
Desired outcome: replace windshield as promised-- or at least return call and say not able to do it
