Safelite AutoGlass review: Awful service

Safelite Auto Glass repair located at 2439 Covington Pike Memphis Tn 38128 is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I have used them 2 times in the past and never experienced the situation I had on Dec 9th 2025. I thought because they provided me with good and satisfactory repair in the past that I would have the same results. I went for a rock repair as I have done before but this time, they made the window repair worse than when I brought it in. I honestly think that the repair technician did not know what he/she/they were doing. These incompetent people tell me sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I have never ever had them say this to me, that day or in the past. Those stupid fools are a repair shop, that is why I took my 2019 Range Rover there. The technician came out and explains to me just see if it spreads and bring it back. WTF/ I called customer service, and the representative told me it would be $1000.00 to replace my windshield, and they would subtract that from the $176.00 I paid. There is no way I am going to pay anything for their mistake. The service techs at that location are worthless. Someone needs to investigate this location. They need to repair my windshield at no cost.
