Williams Comfort Air Awesome!

Awesome! These guys put the customer first every time! If you want the best customer service and the best bang for your money call these guys. Today I met Austin and he did not disappoint me he was very respectful, considerate and he provided great service. These guys respect your home and always clean up afterwards. I have found my one stop shop for heating and air. Thank you for putting the customer first!

did a great job servicing my furnace getting it ready for winter!I hate the five star review because actually nobody is perfect; five stars gives a little room for error!Four stars are basically 80%! I would give Williams comfort air and their tech *** a 95% - which would be a little over four and a half stars! There is no way to push the button for 4 1/2 stars! Thats it! Williams Comfort Air They said we had a leak and probably couldn't find it and told me I should just buy a new system

They said we had a leak and probably couldn't find it and told me I should just buy a new system. I declined so they added some freon and charged me $665. They said that was with a generous discount. They also said the price was so high because everything is high right now. My backside is definitely hurting, will not have them back and will be sharing this story with several people. Can't wait to hear a response to add to the story I tell my *** plus clients.

We have been using Williams Comfort Air for heating and cooling needs for several years and they have always been very professional and knowledgeable. Our service specialist, ***, was very thorough on his visit April 22, 2022. He kept us up to date on everything he was doing and brought anything that needed addressed to our attention. He took several pictures and went over everything with us when he competed the preventive maintenance. Thank you for a job well done.

Williams Comfort Air is def the A team. Great communication and scheduling from the front desk. Techs arrived on time and assessed furnace problems in a logical manner,explaininf pros 7 cons of replacement of an unavailable part to switching it all out to a completely new system. Riley worked diligently for 2 hours and gets an A++ , even though the fix didn't hold. Brian is head honcho and was fantastic in explaining Carrier brand . Signed a service contract with them based on their expertise. Kathy L.

We have a hybrid system, a heat pump and propane furnace, they installed in 2018 at a very fair price on then available favorable financial terms. We maintain a service contract which saves us money and keeps the system functioning properly, as well as fulfilling an inspection condition of the 15 year warranty. They were just here for the winter checkup and did a thorough job as usual, noting the filter needed changing but that the humidifier pad was fine. They've always been good to work with, throughout our relationship.

Williams Comfort Air I have been using Williams Comfort Air for many years

I have been using Williams Comfort Air for many years. They are always on time and setting things up by phone has ALWAYS been easy and a pleasure. People are always concerned about you and your situation. The service techs are always pleasant, understanding and helpful. They are efficient and quickly get to the root of a problem and have never failed to do the work correctly the first time. This is true for a problem repair or their semiannual maintenance. I would recommend them for any HVAC or plumbing problem. I use them for both.

Williams Comfort Air I love the service I receive on my systems

I love the service I receive on my systems. It is very thorough. However, Williams Comfort Air offers a referral bonus of $100 that they do not seem to follow up on. I referred someone in March 2022 and they purchased a system but Williams Comfort Air keeps promising a *** gift card and it still has not arrived at my home. I have called several times only to be told they would pass my concerns along and someone would contact me. This has been going on since May 2022. Don't offer a referral bonus if you are not going to honor it! Still no return phone call or gift card

Williams Comfort Air Review for my fall furnace checkup

Review for my fall furnace checkup. Byron was running ahead of schedule by roughly an hour and a half. He called to see if he could come early, which I said yes to. Showed up shortly, masked, wore his booties inside, very professional and polite. He performed my fall furnace checkup and took time to answer the few short questions I had. All the Williams Comfort Air techs that have performed the twice annual service have been have great. I replaced my entire system in March using them and have been pleased with the system and service. For the record, my system has not broken down or had any malfunctions since the installation!

Williams Comfort Air I chose this company for a new HVAC system about 15 years ago and they were great to work with

I chose this company for a new HVAC system about 15 years ago and they were great to work with. Again, about 5 years ago, went to them for install of a new system at a relative's house - the service was very good. In 2020 they have done semi-annual checks on my equipment and that's gone well. However, I have noticed the past couple of calls I have made the person who eventually answered the phone did not answer it in a friendly manner or even sound like they wanted to help me. Very abrupt answer such as "This is _____". That's it... they don't say good morning or good afternoon and how can I help you. I just feel as though they aren't there to help me or be of assistance but just get through the phone calls as quickly as possible. I am going to choose a company that provides customer service I would expect and where I can tell I am appreciated as a customer.

We called on Friday and they stated they had us on schedule and would have a technician out on Saturday. They said they could not give us a time but we would receive a call from the technician for arrival time. Saturday came and went and they were a no call no show. We called twice on Saturday and they assured us we were still on the schedule. We received a call at 3:30 on Sunday stating they were dispatching a technician right away. We waited another hour and then got a second call stating we were by past because we did not call back in a timely manner. They called us trying to fix our air that was not fixed on Saturday! My husband got frustrated and told them to cancel the appointment. He spent his whole day home in the heat because he was waiting on them to show up. They would not give us an appointment time. I would give them less than 1 star if I could.

Terrible way to sell new system without checking duct work but to tell homeowner later your system will always freeze up without additional duct work when I never had this issue with my very old system. Tech was knowledgeable and understanding about my current situation where they want $10,000 more for whole house duct work! Very frustrating and this is not something new but throw it out when NEW system stops working which for me was within a month from installation. Planning on getting 2nd opinion and additional quotes! Currently I have a one year old new system where I might need to use window air conditioning which sucks! This is totally unacceptable with no help from Williams Comfort Air! They have my money and expect me to keep up with maintenance plans for a system that will always be breaking down in the summer! I will be doing research on this problem many homeowners are dealing with right now as I have read the reviews!

Let me preface my comments by saying my father is a retired contractor so I grew up swinging a hammer and painting for him on jobsites. That doesn't qualify me as any sort of HVAC expert, but I do know enough to recognize quality work vs. shoddy work. Williams Comfort Air is undoubtedly committed to offering quality service. Our A/C died when outside temps hit 90, so I called for a weekend service appointment. My tech called me at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday (perfectly ok with me, I appreciated him getting to us asap), arrived by 8:30 and thoroughly evaluated my entire HVAC system before troubleshooting the actual failure. I'm unaccustomed to this approach, but the tech explained his methodology as he worked and then, once the failure was pinpointed, he was able to tie the failure back to the cause because he'd done the complete system evaluation first. Moral of the story - his professionalism and thoroughness allowed him to recommend the best course of action to restore comfort in our home because he wanted to fix the CAUSE and not the SYMPTOM. It may cost a bit more upfront to do things this way, but you can't put a price on your family's comfort and it's still cheaper in the long run than throwing parts at a chronic problem. I'd recommend Williams Comfort Air to anyone who asks - their name says it all.

Williams Comfort Air While my air conditioner is now working, the experience was less than impressive and actually rather frustrating

While my air conditioner is now working, the experience was less than impressive and actually rather frustrating. I had a new system installed in 2015 and kept up with the recommended maintenance for 3 years. The first thing the tech made sure to tell me was that my system hadn't been serviced since 2018. I am well aware of the importance of maintaining the system, but life happens and things can go unnoticed, especially since the system was functioning. The tech started outside and had replaced a part before even coming inside to look at the equipment in the utility room. This was done without my consent or knowledge and then it was just expected that I would pay the charges. The tech must have mentioned a handful of times that the system hadn't been maintained since 2018 and lectured me on the importance of regular maintenance while trying to get me back on the maintenance plan. I'm not a child and am well aware of the consequences of not maintaining the system. Perhaps, a different delivery tactic such as "I know it's been a while since your system was installed and you may have forgotten, but not maintaining the system as suggested could void your warranty." would have left me with a different opinion.I called *** afterwards and shared the experience and was told that a manager would call me. It's been more than 24 hours and no call. I initially chose *** because of the way the salesman represented the company, even paying a significant amount above other quotes received. All techs up to this point have been very professional and courteous. I'm hoping this is a one time bad experience, but it certainly has left me disappointed.

I had an appointment scheduled on friday July 29, 2022 for between 12pm and 2pm. I left work early in order to accommodate for this time, only to still be waiting at 2:15pm with no call from Williams Comfort Air or the tech. I had to call my self and the tech called me advising that he was going to arrive in *** mins. It was at around 3:30pm when he arrived. Nearly an hour after the time frame he gave. During the appointment at one point I mentioned to him the issues I had previously regarding my experience with concerns I had when my unit was installed. At that time he became angry and began to state that he felt like I was bashing the company he works for and that I was wrong. At that point he became very dismissive, disrespectful and I felt almost belligerent in his tone and affect towards me. When I asked if he was going to sign the service sheet on my unit (which all the techs do) he indicated that he was not. Then proceeded to leave. This experience left me in awe at how when a customer expose how they felt about an previous experience can develop into an employee/representative of a business to then attempt to make me feel wrong. This is my experience... I have never felt so disrespected by anyone who comes into my home to provide a service that I am paying for. I spent nearly $10000 on my unit, so the least I expect is the courtesy of being heard. I did not expect him to do anything about it. The fact that I am a woman of Asian decent, standing only 4'10", and the tech was at least a foot taller than me, this experience left me feeling intimidated and threatened with how he became. No one should have to endure this in their own home for any reason, and especially if they are paying for a service and/or paid for a product that had any service involved. Very disappointed and I regret doing business with this company after this. I would have left no stars if that was an option.
