I am joining the list of ongoing complainants. The one time I don't do my homework and check on the credibility of a company, I get burned. I have experienced several issues with this company from day one. And now, equipment is failing, they can't produce a current contract and claim they have sent the old one twice. Not enough room to voice the problems I've had. Starting with inconsistencies up to still faulty equipment. I requested to send equipment back and was told I would continue to be billed for the next 3 years and equipment returned back to me per Brian in Resolutions. So, when they want their equipment they can send me a prepaid label to return. Will file with Better Business Bureau also.
