At first I was skeptical, but after researching I wanted to give it a try after seeing all the health benefits that comes with drinking mushroom coffee. At first, the smell and taste was tough to get past, but shortly after finishing my first cup I could feel the effects of the coffee start to go to work. The next day I noticed the strong and smell didn't phase me at all, and the smell alone actually resulted in almost a subconscious excitement as my body knew what it was about to receive. I love RYZE Coffee
I've never been much of a coffee drinker, but I have been super tired lately and I've also been experiencing some stomach issues so I decided to give RYZE coffee a try. I absolutely love this stuff. Not only gives me the energy that I need to make it thought the day, my stomach is feeling so much better. It also tastes amazing! You definitely have me as a forever customer.
Recommendation: Buy this stuff. You won't be disappointed.
I was skeptical at first
I was skeptical at first. Taste was not to my liking. I guess I expected more coffee. However, NOW, I really enjoy the taste and can’t wait to get my 2 cups in. I am determined to continue until the full benefits are seen. I already have lots more energy and focus. I don’t get jitters as I do from coffee and can drink my 2nd cup in late afternoon without fear of keeping me up.

Ive been drinking it for about 2 weeks now. My perfect recipe is 8 oz of water one heaping scoop of Ryze and sugar free vanilla creamer. I use my milk frother to mix it really good and pour it over ice. Its delicious; has a faint mocha taste. I was really surprised at how much I liked it. I drink one in the morning and one around 3ish when the energy is notoriously low. I have had no side effects and I sleep like a baby. I was really hoping it would help me control my appetite and my perimenopause symptoms, the mushrooms are said to help so we will see.

I love it! Bought it back in March 2025, purchased the bundle, coffee with the probiotic creamer and received a really nice wooden jar with spoons that provide the perfect amount needed.
Tastes amazing and after my very first cup, I felt energized the remainder of the day!
Recommendation: I recommend purchasing the bundle, to try them both at the same time!

I have been drinking Ryze coffee for about 8 weeks. I mix it with my usual coffee. I am finding a genuine energy boost along with an up tick in ability to concentrate during the day. I feel my digestive health has also improved, being a bit constipated as of late.
I also drink the Mushroom Hot Coco at night and am sleeping much better with no morning drowsiness.
Very please with the Ryze brand and look forward to continued well being.
Recommendation: I would highly recommend to anyone to try.

We are absolutely crazy about RYZE. The coffee is perfect for me because I am caffeine sensitive. I’ve been having 2-3 cups per day and sleeping better than I have before. My special needs daughter suffers with terrible anxiety and the cocoa has been helping her sleep, as well. I also “allow” my husband to enjoy the coffee with me. 😂 Absolutely delicious!

Love my RYZE. I admit I was a little skeptical, but I needed a morning routine that didn't include caffeine highs and anxiety jitters. Ryze gives me a feeling of calm focus. I am highly sensitive to environmental and energetic influences, and this is a game changer. I've seen a lot of reviews where people aren't thrilled with the taste or texture, but I find myself looking forward to it and no longer wanting or craving my two cups of morning coffee. When my husband makes a pot for us (it's our ritual), I take half a cup and add a scoop of Ryze, Ryze creamer, and fill the rest with hot water. That way, I share the ritual while cutting the coffee. I love it!

Mushroom Hot Cocoa does live up to what is promoted to do. It helps me sleep! It gets better...so this is a bit TMI BUT I have recently started experiencing those dreadful hot flashes. After taking the Mushroom Hot Cocoa for 2 months my hot flashes are gone! I can sleep through the night without waking up due to the insane hot flashes and can now comfortably enjoy the AC. Before the cocoa, the combo AC and fan provided minimal relief. Look it up. Reishi mushroom helps. Customer service is top notch. They respond to my emails same day!
Recommendation: I recommend this product hands down if you are sleep deprived or experiencing hot flashes.

Even since my friend suggested I try Ryze I have been happy with my experience. The benefits it provides over the energy drinks I still occasionally drink is superb. The energy boost feels more natural plus it helps with my headaches, focus, gut heath, and probably more. I don't get the luxury of the weight loss benefit it provides but my friend does. I say it is worth every penny.

Ryze coffee
I keep getting this shipment of coffee in the mail that I did not order and do NOT want. The package cones with no information to contact anyone to stop this from happening - no customer service - no phone number. I looked up the company online and it says that I can stop the “subscription” by signing into my account. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. This is incredibly upsetting. While this may be a way for your company to make money, you should consider the effect on the other end. My son just died. Refund these two coffees and STOP sending these to me.

Same thing happened to me. I have emailed them twice to cancel my recurring order. They have refused to do so. I have 5 unopened bags I don't want. Very deceptive and dishonest company.
Recurring subscription.
This company sneakily signs you up for a monthly recurring subscription when you buy their product. It is NOT clear or obvious in checkout. I checked my email history, not a single email stating I signed up for a recurring monthly subscription. My confirmation email mentions nothing about recurring fees. If you are automatically signing customers up for a subcription upon purchase, it needs to be VERY clear and obvious. Awful business model. Even if I like the product I will never buy from them again for this reason.

Customer service is a joke. I canceled a card. I don't know how they were still able to process it but instead of canceling my order before it shipped, they just shipped it out faster by FedEx for a Sunday delivery because the payment was processed that Friday morning. I wake up at 2am so i saw the emails before they even opened up and i sent an email right then and there. Thanks for stealing my electric bill money you soulless monsters single mom with 4 kids ring to make it work. By the way, when the package arrived, it was DAMAGED! Trying to get to the cancelation/skip page is a hassle and I couldn't find it to skip the month. I'll never come back. You heartless people ruined this family's everything this holiday season all because of your greed. Plenty of other mushroom coffees to choose from. Go somewhere else.

Mushroom coffee
I initially signed up for a subscription, then canceled it after tasting the product. To me it tastes like mildly coconutty water. Ryze acknowledged the cancelation, but when I asked for a refund for the untouched shipment that came to my house 2 days ago, I got nothing but the run around from them. You have to email them to ask how to return the product and get a refund. In response, I was told that I just don't like it "yet", that maybe I need to give it to a relative, or that I need to buy their creamer. In frustration, I asked if they were going to refund me or not. Nothing but crickets since. The emails are supposedly from the founder but likely a bot, wishing me a great day while ignoring my request. Either way, it makes them look sketchy. I want my money back, plain and simple.

On Oct 21 I ordered 2 bags of coffee. After 2 weeks of the coffee, my legs turned bright red and swollen and ended up at the doctors for medication as it appears my body does not like your coffee or something in it. I have been trying to cancel my Ryze subscription due to my inability to keep up with the volume being sent. I’m unable to link my subscription to my online account, or contact a representative for the company via email or online to discuss the situation. It is an endless loop of frustration. These are poor and deceptive business practices and I’m gong to dispute the charges with my credit card and if that doesn’t work, I’ll change the card altogether.

Liz, this same thing happened to me. I notice Alex says he can “delay, skip or cancel orders” so what I hear is he understands what those words mean. However, I am unsure how he mixes up the words skip and cancel as that is two different requests! I am disputing charges as well. This is shady business practice. Jessica DuPuis
RYZE Coffee Subscription
I contacted Andree from RYZE about canceling my subscription but she said it has already been shipped but can provide me with a return label for full refund. The product however shipped only after this communication and RYZE could have cancelled it when I requested.
I received the packaged and shipped it back using the same USPS return label provided by Andree from RYZE.
I was in contact with Andree from RYZE multiple times before I sent the package back and she responded to me promptly.
Once the package was sent back and I started requesting the status of my refund, RYZE does not respond back.
RYZE is aware that I did not want my subscription to be continued after I received it for the first time and still shipped the product. RYZE is choosing to not respond on the refund status after the product is returned back to them.

This Company, RYZE Superfoods, is crooked as they come. I had ordered their coffee to try. When I tried it and cancelled, they kept sending me coffee and charging my card. I cancelled my card and asked for reimbursement and they said I had ordered it. I did not. It's been 3 months and they still have not reimbursed me. They email me and say they have a mail program they could put me on. They're all about making money, no customer service of satisfaction.

Subscription fraud
Like many others, I tried it and had no idea they were giving me a subscription until I received the order email the next month.
Yes, calling goes to voicemail. Email doesn’t work either.
On the Ryze site, I searched “subscription”. It took me to choices that made me re-sign in. I did and found the subscription they created for me. I went thru the 4 step process including answering why I was cancelling and writing the answer in the box provided and putting a check in a box that said I know I won’t be getting any benefits from joining. (Give me a break!)
Then skipped over the big colorful button that said never mind I’ll keep my subscription, to carefully click the finely written tiny cancel words below. Careful if you have a wide finger and doing it on your phone!
It then opened a popup that said subscription cancelled. I take a screenshot in case they continue to send orders.
What a disaster this company is!

I agreed to try this product and purchase it for around $30. They offered an additional bag for $18 to share with someone else and I took advantage of that. Here it is a month later and I am being billed automatically $54 out of my account which I did not authorize by this company. Their product is not tasty at all and nor did I see any difference in energy levels. I'd rather drink real coffee.

I’m trying to get my product returned, I have emailed the company, texted the company, contacted the company on Facebook and all they do is delay delay delay. It’s now past the 30 days and I’m not getting any response about returning my original order. I had cancelled a subscription from Ryze several months ago. However they sent out the product and charged me 60.00 on Oct 10. I contacted the company and they did realize I had cancelled and offered a return slip to return the item. They assured they would refund the 60.00 as soon as they received the item. I returned the item on Monday Oct. 16. So today i look at my Credit card and they have again charged me 60.00 and I havent even received the refund from the product i returned, Therefore now they need to refund me 120.00. I have all this in text from them as proof i did cancel this product. I tried to call them and their phone number is not valid.

Product and Subscription
I ordered 2 coffee and a creamer I recieved the product I thought I was over and done with this company. To my surprise a shippment arrived with 2 coffee and a creamer. NOT ONE BUT 3 ITEMS ARRIVED. I never made an account, but I was told I signed up for a subscription. I did not like the coffee or the creamer it is still in my kitchen. I email someone call andree about the issue. She/he told me he/she told me she will freeze my account until the coffee kick in my system. In three months time she will unfreeze it.

I accidently signed up for automatic refills, and I want to cancel. The number on the website is no good, can't get through there, and to send an email, I must pay? please cancel my auto refill ASAP as I still have plenty of it in my first package, and I already received another, and it will not be long before I receive ANOTHER ONE IN THE MAIL?! Ryze Mushroom Coffee
I returned this package because of extensive negative reviews on the company on Reddit. Their return center received it on 9/17. A representative by the name of Alex Crusoe assured me via email that a refund was issued on 9/18 via paypal. It is October 2nd and the refund is still not reflected on my account. I am starting to suspect fraud. Attached is a screenshot of the email and my paypal transactions (where the refund would show up) from 9/12 to today 10/2

This is a scam company who only lets you order by putting you on auto ship to sell you crushed dirt after your first purchase.
They refuse to cancel anything only modify your subscription so you become a life long customer of their dirt This company has many complaints & should be investigated.The reviews on every search engine states the same complaints,

RYZE mushroom coffee
We ordered the RYZE mushroom coffee to try it out & my husband doesn't like the flavored or gritty substance so we wanted to cancel. I tried it & it causes my face to swell & upsets my stomach due to an already autoimmune situation, as well as having some sort of allergy to it. We apparently didn't read the fine fine print where they don't tell you that you are going to be locked into some sort of a subscription for however long. So in other words, they're now going to continuously withdraw money from our account and force us to buy Ryze superfoods coffee. Seems like a really tricky way to take your money. It would be best if a subscriber actually liked the product and wanted to continue to order it. Not be forced to take it because you signed an agreement in the beginning. Good way to make money off of people that don't like the product and scam them.

Not able to close my account
I ordered once and still have not used up the first order. I did not sign up for a membership which they said I did, but will not show the initial order or my file.
I called the number and it went to a weird voice message. I received an email that stated that they have moved my auto order to November, which I do not want to continue with this company.
They do not want to be able for their customers to contact them at all.
I want a full re-fund and to cancel any future orders.
